Summary: It’s tough to be a teenager today. I wrote this series of messages for our new 7th graders graduating into teenage life. The second message in this series deals with peer pressure.

II. Effects of Peer Pressure
a. Guilt from sin

c. You become a follower not a leader
d. Strained relationship with God
III. How to overcome Peer Pressure
a. Get into God’s Word
b. Get out of the situation
i. Stop hanging out with people that are a bad influence
ii. Surround yourself with Godly people
c. Just say NO

We can follow the crowd and give in to peer pressure or we can follow the cross and be blessed by God. It’s your choice.
