The Battlefield Called Golgotha

Topic: THE BATTLEFIELD CALLED GOLGOTHA

John 19:16-17 King James Version (KJV)

16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.

17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:

Beloved, Jesus went to Golgotha bearing His cross. He went to the place of crucifixion bearing our troubles and sins and burdens and cares and all other loads we are supposed to carry.

Then at the skull, He was crucified. To put it in a better way: *in the mind, He overcame the enemy, He prevailed against Him, took from Him every single possession He stole from man, the freedom from the bondage of sin and death.*

Everything man was suffering from or will suffer from due to the bondage of satan, was taken back from satan for man to have total freedom by grace.

The skull, which is a representation of the mind is the battlefield, where all the wars in our lives take place. The battle between light and darkness, good and evil is won or lost in the mind before manifestation.

Jesus won the battle at the skull once and for all and it manifests always in the lives of they that have accepted Him and are saved by grace. Now, we have mini battles between light and darkness in our minds everyday.

You can only prevail inthe light against darkness when you submit it all to Jesus and He fights for you. On your own, you will lose always to the devil because he is smarter and more powerful.

When Jesus battles for you, that is when you battle or pray or make declarations in His name, you are always victorious over darkness and the light manifests fully and completely.

Beloved you therefore need Jesus to take over your mind and rule it and run the day to day affairs of it for you. Your mind is a battlefield for warfare between light and darkness, that is, good and evil every single second.

Beloved *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Until you submit your mind to Him, for Him to run it as His personal battle grounds, the enemy will fight you there and try to control you from there.

With Jesus running your mind the devil is always a loser in your life and can never have victory over you on that battlefield.

Your victory is already won each and every second because you are more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ.

Prayer: Father, I submit my mind to you, that Jesus would be the ruler of it and that He will control my mind now and always. Lord Jesus take possession of my mind and do all my battles for me according to your exceeding great power in glory. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
