INTRODUCTION:
Life is full of challenges that can drain a person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Many people go through seasons of weariness where they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to move forward. It could be due to prolonged battles, disappointments, spiritual dryness, or the pressures of life. The good news is that God has promised strength to those who trust in Him. He does not want His children to live in weariness but to find renewal in His presence.
Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait upon the Lord will have their strength renewed. Waiting on the Lord is not about sitting idly but about trusting, depending, and hoping in Him. It means drawing from His unlimited power and receiving the grace to keep going even when the journey seems tough. God gives supernatural strength to those who rely on Him, making them soar like eagles, run without growing weary, and walk without fainting.
In this sermon, we will examine how to receive divine strength, the dangers of relying on human strength, and the benefits of trusting in God for renewal. No matter how weary you feel today, God is ready to refresh and empower you. He is the source of true strength, and when you lean on Him, you will rise above every limitation and keep pressing forward in victory.
1. THE SOURCE OF OUR STRENGTH
True strength comes from God alone.

God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness.
d) The joy of the Lord gives strength (Nehemiah 8:10)
Joy in the Lord empowers believers to overcome weariness.

Elijah was weary and wanted to give up, but God strengthened him with supernatural provision.
2. HOW TO RECEIVE DIVINE STRENGTH
Strength is renewed in God’s presence.

Without God, all labour is in vain.
