Stir up, or provoke or "paroxusmos" in Greek meaning:

2. To make angry; to offend; to incense; to enrage

3. To excite; to cause; as, to provoke perspiration; to provoke a smile

4. To excite; to stimulate; to increase

5. To challenge

6. To move; to incite; to stir up; to induce by motives

Love or "agape" in Greek meaning:

1. affection or benevolence

2. a love feast

3. GOD's kind of love

Work is "ergon" in Greek meaning:

1. an act

2. deed, doing, labour, work

We encourage up to the point of being provoked one another to do good works and love for another not for themselves. The center of the church is not the pastor but the LORD JESUS.
