When I asked the Holy Spirit of what He wanted to write as soon as I finished writing the last sermon. I heard in my spirit Psalm 95: 1- 7, I wondered to myself what was in Psalm 95: 1 -7 and after reading it, I realised that God wants us to sing to Him at all times. His WORD also encourages us to sing to Him. There are lots of example of people singing to the Lord.

Psalm 95; 1 -7

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord!

Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.

Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving;

Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

For the Lord is the great God,

And the great King above all gods.

In His hand are the deep places of the earth;

The heights of the hills are His also.

The sea is His, for He made it;

And His hands formed the dry land.

Oh come, let us worship and bow down;

Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

For He is our God,

And we are the people of His pasture,

In the midst of our praise the Lord will always prevail against the enemies of our lives. God loves to hear us sing to Him and He inhabits the praises of His children - Psalm 22:3

But You are holy,

Enthroned in the praises of Israel.

The meaning of enthroned is

To seat in a place associated with a position of authority or influence.

To seat ceremonially on a throne.

Therefore, God sits in the praises of His children. Who seats on the throne? God! And remember that the eyes of the Lord roams throughout the earth to show Himself strong on our behalf - 2 Chronicles 16:9. So when we choose to praise Him it makes him glad and then He shows Himself strong in our lives.

There is power in praising The King of the universe.

Revelation 4: 1 -11

After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald. Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle. The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying:

“Holy, holy, holy,

Lord God Almighty,

Who was and is and is to come!”

Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:

“You are worthy, O Lord,

To receive glory and honor and power;

For You created all things,

And by Your will they exist and were created.”

In the Kingdom of God there is praise going on continuosly by the living creatures and the elders. They all fall down before the King Of Kings and The Lord of Glory! not only are they falling down before the throne but they also cast their crowns before Him and say:

You are worthy, O Lord

To receive glory and honor and power; for you created all things. And by your will they exist and were created.

God inhabits the praises of His children.

In 1 Chronicles 16: 23 -36

Sing to the Lord, all the earth;

Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.

Declare His glory among the nations,

His wonders among all peoples.

For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised;

He is also to be feared above all gods.

For all the gods of the peoples are [a]idols,
