Sheep Without A Shepherd

Rather than holding the flock together as one group the shepherds selfish conduct has lead to the sheep being scattered.

The weak are not strengthened.

The sick are not healed.

The injured are not ministered to.

The strays are not pursued and the lost are not sought so they scatter.

They are victimized because there is no shepherd.
