Colossians 1: 15-20
How do we keep focused in life? We d this by focusing on our magnificent Christ
I. Christ and God (vv. 15, 19)
a. Christ is the image of the invisible God
i. Jesus CHrist is above all things – The word “firstborn” does not man that JC was the first created being of the universe. It means priority, superiority, supremacy. It means that He existed before all creation as the Supreme Being of the Universe.
b. Christ is the complete expression of God
II. Christ and Creation (vv. 15-17
a. Christ is the Source of Creation
b. Christ is the Sustainer of Creation
c. Christ is the Goal of Creation
III. Christ and Humanity (vv. 18-20)
a. He is the Savior of the World
