    In the Gospel of John Jesus is the replacement for all Jewish theology, the temple, sacrifices, etc. Acts chapter 3 the first miracle by the disciples. Peter is "moved" by the Holy Spirit, a miracle happened. I'm sure Jesus also passed this same man but chose not to heal him.
