When we pray for "daily bread" we pray for all that we need to sustain life, employment, safe and secure government, faithful spouse, faithful neighbors,etc. It is a prayer of dependence, admiting that God is our provider.

Receiving Treasure In Heaven

Our treasure on earth eclipses our desire for "treasure in heaven." Only God can give us a desire for "treasure in heaven." Therefore, we must forsake our treasure on earth and follow Jesus to receive "treasure in heaven."
