God is beyond our comprehension as our limited three-pound brain cannot fathom his true nature. He has always existed and is the ultimate ruler of everything. Therefore, he does not rely on any created thing to sustain him, but everything that exists must depend on him for its continued existence.

It is easy to assert that it is all about Jesus. Sometimes we believe that our focus is sincerely upon the person and work of Christ. But, is it? John the Baptist was Jesus focused, but when are we? Matthew 3:1-17 provides five moments when we are Jesus focused.
