"Power Shifts - Abundance" is a sermon series focused on understanding and implementing personal "power shifts" to aid in the fulfillment of the Great Commission, addressing the current stagnation in global evangelism.

China missionary, J. Hudson Taylor, has stated, “God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supplies.” Most of us who live and work in the Great Commission community would utter a hearty “Amen” to that statement, yet we all see regular shortfalls. God's provision is abundant, and He wants to bless us. We must remember that our ministry is not about hoarding resources but about sharing them with others. As we steward God's blessings and keep His end goal in mind, we will see measurable fruit in our mission.

Let's talk about something cool today. You know how we always worry about not having enough? Enough money, enough time, enough friends? Well, guess what? God's got us covered. Serving God is a privilege. It is an honor. Not everyone is called to serve the Lord. Though the Word of God says many are called but very few are chosen. I remember one very old book authored by a mighty Man of God named TL Osborn. It said, "ONE WAY- JESUS & ONE JOB- TO SERVE HIM."

The Bible says that the harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few. It is also stated that many are called but only few who are chosen. I always count it a privilege to serve God. That is one of the greatest honors one could receive from Him. Serving God comes with a price, a sacrifice. ...read more

Jesus is king, so reject the voice of rebellion. Instead, Listen to the Father’s voice of rebuke, the Son’s voice of resolve, and the Spirit’s voice of reason: Jesus is King. Worship, honor, and trust Him.

    S. I. McMillen, in his book None of These Diseases, tells a story of a young woman who wanted to go to college, but her heart sank when she read the question on the application blank that asked, “Are you a leader?” Being both honest and conscientious, she wrote, “No,” and returned the ...read more
