To understand the full import of the words we will consider today we must apply the simple rules of Bible analysis. The letter is written by Paul to those who are saved, baptized and in fellowship in the assembly. But the letter is obviously a personal letter from God to His people.

How To Look At The Lord's Supper

Paul, in I Corinthians 10:23-34, reminds us that if we would eat and drink this Supper to our benefit, we must be looking in four directions. In communion, we must be looking back, looking ahead, looking within and looking around.
