Jesus sets forth a basic condition. Before admonishing someone practice self examination. If we do not see our own sins, we can not offer admonition to a fellow Christian. Without self examination our admonition can only deteriorate into judgment.

We are watchmen. God told Ezekiel, "....I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me.” We have a responsibility for others!
