The Power Of The Lamb's Blood SermonCentral

Our text takes place on the eve of the Israelites' liberation from Egypt. They are instructed to slaughter a lamb and prepare it for consumption with bitter herbs. They are also commanded to take the lamb's blood and use it to mark the outside door posts of their houses. This act of faith and obedience would signal their homes to be passed over during the final plague. This message explores the significance of this act and the powerful symbolism it holds for us today.
