But the baptism in the Holy Spirit is not a substitute for Water Baptism. Neither is Water Baptism a substitute for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. They are two separate but complementary provisions of God for every person who comes to faith in Jesus Christ.

He practiced sorcery and amazed people with his deeds. Then Philip the evangelist arrived and preached Jesus. What Simon did after this tells me he was truly a false prophet, like Elymas Bar-Jesus.
