The call to salvation through Jesus is a profound and life-changing invitation that God extends to each one of us. God's call to Noah, a righteous man in his generation: God found Noah to be righteous, not because of his own merit but because of his faith in God. Similarly, God calls us to salvation, not based on our righteousness but on our faith in Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast."
