Raise A New Generation Of Eagle Believers ( Prayer Points)

Judges 2:10-15 NIV

"After that whole generation had been gathered to their ancestors, another generation grew up who knew neither the Lord nor what he had done for Israel. 11 Then the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord and served the Baals. 12 They forsook the Lord, the God of their ancestors, who had brought them out of Egypt. They followed and worshiped various gods of the peoples around them. They aroused the Lord's anger 13 because they forsook him and served Baal and the Ashtoreths. 14 In his anger against Israel the Lord gave them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, whom they were no longer able to resist. 15 Whenever Israel went out to fight, the hand of the Lord was against them to defeat them, just as he had sworn to them. They were in great distress."

The heart cry of God to the church today is to raise a new generation of born again Christians. Our current Christian generation is like the post Joshua generation described in verse 10 above - they do not know the Lord. Not that they are not going to church, seminars or conferences, they simply do not serve God as he should be served.

Join me in praying these prayers in your homes, pulpits and pews.

Ask God to grant you power, knowledge and wisdom to pray without ceasing for our generation.

Oh Lord...

-Raise a new generation of men and women of integrity in the church.

-Raise a new generation of miracles workers like Peter not just seekers out of Your church.

-Raise anti-corruption crusaders in the church and market place.

-Raise bold men and women who will proclaim the message of the gospel around the world.

-Raise a new generation of fearless men and women.

-Raise a generation of those who would stand against same-sex marriages.

-Raise a new generation of faithful youth zealous for the gospel.

-Raise up a Joseph company- dreamers, goal oriented, dream interpreters, policy implementers for this generation.

Raise a Joshua generation that will finish what Moses company (our predecessors in faith) left undone.

- Raise a Jeremiah brigade, with fire in their bones and will stand for the gospel even in persecution.

-Oh lord raise a generation of Ezekiels that will prophecy LIFE and will not stop until scattered, men, unbelievers, agnostics, atheists, nominal Christians and bystanders stand as a formidable army following Jesus, whom God can use in these end times.

-Oh Lord raise up a Daniel generation that will shun the sinful pleasures of premarital sex, watching of pornographic materials, fraudulent lifestyles and other social vices. That they may be filled with an excellent spirit and do exploits for God in this age.

-Raise a Paul company who will go for the first, second, third missionary trips and not be bothered about administrative apostles in Jerusalem.

-Raise a new generation of Peters that will be preach and add many to Your church. Those who will preach with a witness of Holy Spirit with many baptized and speaking with new tongues.

-Raise a generation that will seek the Lord and fulfill their ministry.

-Raise a new generation of Amos, people who have no parental background in the things of God, but will be used of God to prophecy to this generation.

-Raise a new generation of Isaiah that will make themselves available and proclaim-here I am, send me. And will go to the reached and unreached. Especially those who will penetrate the 10/40 window.

-Help our generation to run from sin.

-Raise a new generation of ministers that will not preach what the church members want to hear but what God has to say to them.

-Raise a new generation of ministers that will not make hell goers in the church but kingdom practitioner on earth.

-Raise a new generation of ministers that will no more boast of their designers shoes, high tech gadgets, latest automobiles and apparels on the pulpits, not even in the men and women they have led to the Lord. But would boast in this: that they understand and know the Lord (Jer 9:23,24). God wipe out all comparison, bigotry and boasting on Your altar.

-Oh Lord, raise a new generation of prayer warriors and intercessors whose prayer points will not simply focus on mundane earthly things, but whose prayers will line up with the word of God. Those who's prayers will be: Give me my city or I die! Give me Canada or I die!

-Raise a new generation of political leaders like Solomon and assistants like Daniels who will rule with the fear of God which is the root of all wisdom.

Ask God to raise a generation of eagle (mature) believers as we are tired of chicken mentality believers.
