THE POWER OF THE BLOOD
I POWER TO REDEEM
Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; [AV]
Christ sacrificed his life’s blood to set us free, which means that our sins are now forgiven. [CEV]

Titus 2:14 (Our Saviour Christ Jesus) gave Himself on our behalf that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify for Himself a people [to be peculiarly His own, people who are] eager and enthusiastic about [living a life that is good and filled with] beneficial deeds. [AMP]
II POWER TO JUSTIFY
Romans 5:9 Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! [NIV]

a. THE PROMISE OF JUSTIFICATION
Isaiah 53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. [AV]
Out of that terrible travail of soul, he’ll see that it’s worth it and be glad he did it. Through what he experienced, my righteous one, my servant, will make many "righteous ones," as he himself carries the burden of their sins. [Message]
b. THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT JUSTIFICATION
Acts 13:38-39 "I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. 39 Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.
Every one of you should realize that forgiveness of sins is now proclaimed to you through this man. 39 And through faith in him a man is absolved from all those things from which the Law of Moses could never set him free. [J B Philips]
III POWER FOR ACCESS

b. THE PERSUASION OF ACCESS

22 So let’s come near God with pure hearts and a confidence that comes from having faith.

37 No, in all these things we win an overwhelming victory through him who has proved his love for us. [J B Philips]
b. THE PRIZE OF VICTORY
Revelation 21:7 He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.
