I PEACE IS A CREATION OF HEAVEN

II PEACE IS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE CROSS
a. IT COMES THROUGH HIS STRIPES
Isaiah 53:5 He was wounded and crushed for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace. He was whipped, and we were healed! [NLT]
b. IT COMES THROUGH HIS SACRIFICE
Colossians 1:20 God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace . . . by means of his blood on the cross. [NLT]
III PEACE IS CENTRED IN CHRIST
a. HE IS THE ORIGIN

b. HE AIDS THE ONGOING

IV PEACE IS COMPLETED BY FAITH
a. KNOWING JUSTIFICATION BRINGS US PEACE

V PEACE IS A CULMINATION OF FRUIT-BEARING

a. HOLY SPIRIT CONTROLLED THOUGHTS

b. OUR SPIRIT COMPLETELY TRUSTING
Isaiah 26:3 You, LORD, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in you. [GNB]
