GOD IS ABLE!
Ephesians 3:20-21.

God is able to do anything.
God is able to do everything we can’t
God can do more than we can even imaging.
God is able….
?I. GOD IS ABLE TO SAVE TO THE UTTERMOST!
A. “Uttermost”
"Wherefore He is able to save them to the uttermost who come unto God by Him, seeing He ever
liveth to make intercession for them." Hebrews 7:25.
1.Full-ended
2. He will take us all the way
3. Nothing left to be done…He did it all for me.
B.God is able to save.
Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy,
that it cannot hear:
C. God Saves to the uttermost
1. God’s salvation is complete
2. He has saved us from ALL sin.
1 John 1:7…and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
D .God can save anyone who comes to Him.
1. Whosoever will may come
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.That whosoever believeth in him should.
not perish, but have eternal life.
2. Whosever means me…and you too.
John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise
cast out
II. GOD IS ABLE TO KEEP US!??
John 10:28-29 “And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch
them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to
snatch them out of My Father’s hand.”

2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know
whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him
against that day.
Ill. It’s hard enough taking something from someone’s clenched fist, imagine how hard it would be to take
something out of God’s hand. (Impossible)
III. GOD IS ABLE TO SUSTAIN US!?
Psalm 55:22. “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to
be shaken.”
A. Sustain you
1. Bear you up - Like Jesus bore up the little lamb.
2. Carry you
3. Provide for you
4. Protect you
B. He will give you everything you need.
Is. 41:10 ¶ Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee;
yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
C. He will help you through whatever you face.
1. Through life
2. Through trials
3. Through anything
1Pet. 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
D. Let God carry that burden, you don’t have too.
Psa. 46:1 ¶ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
CONCLUSION??
Trust the Lord in every thing.
He will save you to the uttermost
You are in good hands
He will carry you through.
