THE DIVINE REVELATION: BREAK THE INVOLUTION OF HUMANITY…

*INVOLUTION: thorn--- specialized leave that turns inward, to turn inward, to wind up, to be curved inward, having edges rolled up, to shrink, TO BE TURNED inward, SELFISHNESS.
*REVELATION: divine guidance, inspiration, of truth, a divine or supernatural disclosure, a surprising and previously unknown fact, God wants to teach us or show us something we did not know, how God reveals himself to humanity, how God makes his will and himself known, can be dreams, visions, experiences, understanding and discernment.
HOW CRUEL CAN PEOPLE BE BY PLATTING A CROWN OF THORNS, FLOGGING AND MOCKING THE KING OF KINGS AND TREAT JESUS BEFORE HIS CRUCIFIXION… WE MUST ACCEPT THE CROWN OF THORNS AS THE MOCKERY OF A SUPREME SACRIFICE OF SUFFERING… JESUS WILL DEMONSTRATE HIS LOVE SACRIFICE. JESUS’S CROWN WILL BRING THE REVELATION THAT JESUS WILL BE VICTORIOUS OVER DEATH AND SIN.
While the cruel, mean Roman soldiers meant to mock Jesus’ kingship, Jesus brings to the fullness of his pain to be willing to accept the CURSE OF SIN. Jesus paid in full the atonement of the pride and lust of sin.
Matthew 27:29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
Mark 15:17 (KJV) And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,
John 19:2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe, 3 And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.
WE NEED THE REVELATION THAT THE MOCKERY OF THE THORNS WERE PART OF THE ORGINIAL CURSE OF PAIN, SIN, SORROW, AND EXTREME HARDSHIP.
Genesis 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; 19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
Genesis 3:18 (MSG) The ground will sprout thorns and weeds, you'll get your food the hard way, Planting and tilling and harvesting, 19 sweating in the fields from dawn to dusk, Until you return to that ground yourself, dead and buried; you started out as dirt, you'll end up dirt."
JESUS SPENT ABOUT 6 HOURS ON THE CROSS
Hebrews 6:8 . But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
Hebrews 6:8 (NLT2) But if a field bears thorns and thistles, it is useless. The farmer will soon condemn that field and burn it.
Matthew 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
WE KNOW FOR SURE THAT JESUS LOVED JUDAS. WE DON’T KNOW THAT JUDAS 3 YEAR WALK WITH JESUS THAT JUDAS EVER REALLY LOVED JESUS. THERE S A DIVINE REVELATION THAT REVERSES THE CURSE… A SERVANT KING DISPLAYED BY A CROWN OF THORNS… LET US SERVE THE SERVANT KING… IRONIC THE FALL PLAGUED MAN KIND… JESUS TAKES THE CURSE OF THE THORNS AND THISTLES. JESUS BREAD WITH JUDAS AND THERE IS A DIVINE KISS OF RECONCILIATION, GREETING AND AFFECTION--- JUDAS USED THE KISS IN A NEGATIVE WAY.
JESUS BROKE THE CURSE OF THE THORNS, BRIERS AND THISTLES… One version Jesus says: DO WHAT YOU CAME FOR, FRIEND. One version Jesus ask Judas. Are you betraying the son f man with a kiss? Sure we are from the dust! Sure we will return from ashes to ashes, dust to dust… my dear friend, let us understand the curse of barreness, thorns, briars and the INVOLUTION OF SELFISHNESS AND HAS BEEN FOREVER BROKEN-BROKEN.
COME TO THE SUPPER? JESUS CHOSE A DIFFERENT ROAD. Jesus knelt at the feet of friends that would betray him.
Jesus shared bread with the ones that would forsake him --- as he broke the bread Jesus gave thanks. Jesus lifted up the bitter cup representing his blood --- then Jesus pour his life of love into the cup. Jesus made the choice of love over the power. Jesus made the choice of the suffering of the cross instead of walking in comfort. Jesus chose you.
COME TO THE DIVINE REVELATION THAT JESUS HAS MADE PROVISIONS OF DELIVERANCE.
John 13:7 Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
John 13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you? 13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. 14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. 15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. 16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. 17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.
3 TIMES PAUL ASK GOD TO REMOVE THE THORNS, THORNS CAN BE HARASSMENT… PAUL KNEW THE THORNS WERE TO KEEP HIM HUMBLE AND DEPENDENT ON GOD. WE MUST
2 Corinthians 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
THERE IS A NEW TEACHING BY A NEW ATTITUDE AND A NEW MIND SET. THERE IS A REVELATION OF THE BREAKING OF EATING AND WASHING OF FEET IN THE UPPER ROOM. JESUS BREAKS THE CURSE BY FORGIVING SINNERS AND WASHING FEET.
Jesus is teaching a new way. To volunteer for the job of washing feet in a great lesson in humbleness and total surrender. Remember the good old boys have been in an argument over who will be the greatness? Peter was not to fond of this idea of washing feet?

Colossians 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
ICHOBOD: THE GLORY HAS DEPARTED.
SAMSON KNEW NOT THAT GOD’S GLORY HAD DEPARTED.
WE CAN COME UNDER THE REVELATION THAT JESUS HAS BROKEN THE BARRIERS OF BARRENESS, THE CURSE OF BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS.
1 Timothy 5:10 Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
CONCLUSION: The last Passover, the communion, the feet washing opens a new revelation that opens the doors to breaking the old curse and bring a new teaching that we can practice a divine revelation of breaking the curse of the thorns and coming into a greeter fellowship and walk with the complete, total upper room experience with the breaking of bread, the partaking of the wine and washing of the feet.
