EVERY THING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT… PURE JOY

*JOY: Assurance that God is in control. Quiet confidence. Joy is an emotion of something good or satisfying, delight, a feeling of wellbeing, gladness, pleasure and happiness. There is a hard lesson to learn EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT!
FEW EVER LEARN JOY IS A CHOICE, A DETERMINED CHOICE. IS JOY A PRODUCT OF WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?
How is it possible people lose and forget about JOY? NO ONE CAN STEAL YOUR JOY! WHERE DO WE INVEST OUR DAILY LIFE? ARE WE CONFIDENT THAT GOD IS GOD AND THAT GOD HAS THE LAST WORD?
John 16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
COME LET US REASON THE WORD OF GOD DOES THE WORK OF GOD. GOD’S JOY COMES FROM KNOWING JESUS IN A PERSONAL WAY AND KNOWING GOD’S WORD.
I have one goal before me. Paul had the same goal. THAT I MAY KNOW HIM. Our God reigns and God is in absolute control no matter what your circumstances or what you feel or see.
Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 15:13 (MSG) Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!
JOY IS A FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT… WE MAKE THE CHOICE AS TO WHAT JOY DEGREE IN WHICH WE WILL ABIDE.
We make a choice to focus on the positive and praise God through the storms and trials. To maintain JOY we must develop a DEEP ROOT SYSTEM. Are you thankful? Are you quick to forgive? Are you a GIVER or a TAKER?
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
AM I A CHEERLEADER? AM I DRIED UP AND DOG-TIRED ALL THE TIME? DO WE REALIZE LIFE CAN SAP AND DRAIN THE VERY STRENGTH OF LIFE?
Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

JOY IS ONE OF THE BEST TRAITS YOU CAN DEVELOP IN DAILY LIVING… THERE IS GREAT POWER IN LIVING IN JOY.
We have been designed by our maker to operate with a FULL JOY TANK…
John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
John 15:11 (MSG) "I've told you these things for a purpose: that my joy might be your joy, and your joy wholly mature.
WHAT ARE EMOTIONS? WHO DEFINES THE MOODS WE DAILY ALLOW? Love, fear, anger, sadness, praise… We tend to allow our circumstances dictate our moods and emotions.
JOY CAN BE A GIFT IN DIFFICULT AND TROUBLED TIMES. ALL JOY! PURE JOY!
The human brain is geared that troubles and trials are bad and are here to destroy our joy. The normal human emotion is these problems make me bitter, depressed, angry and withdrawn. A Christian must develop a new attitude these troubles should teach us PURE JOY.
James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
James 1:2 (MSG) Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides.
3 You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors.
JOY IS A LEARNED BEHAVIOR NOT AN INSTINCT. JOY MUST BECOME HABITUAL. JOY ONCE ESTABLISHED CAN PRODUCE POSITIVE OUTCOMES BY STAYING THANKFUL AND CONTENT.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Psalm 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
LET US LEARN THE LESSON JOY IS NOT ABOUT FEELINGS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
Philippians 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
JOY IS BIRTHED IN COMPLETE FAITH BY TRUSTING. EVEN WHEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND: JOY IS A RESULT OF COMPLETELY TRUSTING GOD’S PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE.
Psalm 33:21 For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
Psalm 68:3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
CONCLUSION: HOW DO WE COUNTER THE EFFECT OF POISONOUS SNAKE VENOM? For many years the medical practice would inject poisonous snake venom into horses. The venom would go into the horses system. Then the horse would develop a natural ANTI-VENOM. When a poisonous snake would bite a victim death was sure. The doctors would inject this anti-venom from horses into the human. The problem was hindered because this horse anti-venom was very slow in attacking the problem. Often people would die before the product would save their life.
RESEARCH IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA DEVELOPED A FAST ACTING ANTI-VENOM FOR POISONOUS SNAKE BITES. The doctors found the SHEEP BLOOD CREATED FAST ACTING ANTIBODIES WHEN BITTEN BY POISONOUS SNAKES. They would inject poison into a sheep, extract the blood and purify it. The lamb or sheep produced antibodies to combat venom. Many lives have been saved by the lambs’ blood.
REMEMBER MOSES TOLD THE PEOPLE GET THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB AND APPLY IT OVER THE DOOR POST? The human race was forever doomed by the venom of our enemy. The venom of sin separated man from the JOY OF DAILY LIFE AND FROM GOD. GOD HAD A PLAN… THE LAMB OF GOD OFFERED HIS BLOOD AS THE ANTI-VENOM THAT WOULD COUNTER REACT THE SEPARATION OF SIN…
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
GOD’S PLAN WOULD TAKE THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB AND RESTORE THE LOST JOY OF BELIEVERS. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SINS’ VENOM NO LONGER RULES OVER HUMANITY.
Psalm 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
COME LET US ACCEPT THE ANTI-VENOM OF THE LAMB OF GOD THAT WILL DESTROY THE JOY STEALERS THAT HAVE BECOME OUR ENEMIES.
Nehemiah 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
