IMPRISONED BY METAL BARS OR MENTAL BARS? IT IS UP TO YOUR CHOICES!
Did you hear about the man that heard there was a very rare rose in the woods… so the man went several days and walked all around looking for the rare rose? Hours and hour the rose lover spent searching for this rare rose. Finally in great disappointment the man walked out of the woods and he never found the rose he was looking. As he stepped out of the woods a friend was so excited. The friend how found one of the rarest orchids known on earth. The man that had been searching for the rose had never seen this rare orchid. He asked his fellow friend, where did you find this rare orchid? The man said these orchids are everywhere in these woods. The rose man said: I DIDN’T SEE ONE, I WAS LOOKING FOR THE ROSE… HOW MANY OF US WALK ALL AROUND OUR MIRACLES AND NEVER SEE THEM? THE ANSWER FOR OUR NEEDS IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US… OPEN YOUR EYES! GOD HAS A SOLUTION TO YOUR OBSTACLES, QUIT FINDING FAULTS AND BEING CRITICAL… FIND GOD!
EVIL DOES NOT WIN! EVIL DOES NOT PREVAIL! I read the end of the book. God has not been caught off guard. TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS WIN! SATAN IS NOT ALIVE A WELL AS SOME BOOKS SUGGEST! THE ENEMY HAS A TERMINAL DISEASE AND HE WILL BE CAST INTO HELL BY ONE ANGEL AND ONE CHAIN!
EVIL PREACHES TOLERANCE UNTIL IT DOMINANTS… THEN EVIL WILL TRY ITS BEST TO SILENCE GOD AND THE CHURCH. KNOW THIS: IF SPEAKING KINDLY TO PLANTS AIDS IN GROWTH WHAT COULD IT DO IF WE SPOKE THE LANGUAGE OF KINDNESS? Be an elevator!

FEW EVER LEARN ABOUT ELEVATORS? CAN YOUR WORDS BE ELEVATORS? HOW ABOUT YOUR THOUGHT PATTERNS AND ATTITUDES? WILL WE LIVE IN BONDAGE OR FREEDOM? DEPENDS ON YOUR ELEVATOR? WILL YOUR PROBLEMS AND OBSTACLES … ELEVATOR UP OR DOWN? YOUR CHOICE!
A CALL TO BE AN ELEVATOR OR A LIFTER… DUTY TO LIFT UP THE AMS…
LIFT: raise to a higher position or level, pick up,
ELEVATOR: (LIFT)… a cable assisted, hydraulic cylinder or roller track system to assisted in in vertical transport of people or freight
ELEVATOR: in agriculture a conveyor system
WE HAVE A DUTY TO THE WEAK? WILL WE BE NEGATIVE OR WILL WE PROVIDE STRENGTH TO THE WEAK? FRAGILE? DISCOURAGED? TIRED? EXHAUSTED? FEEBLE KNEES?
Hebrews 12:12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; 13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. 14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
GOD’S HOLY SPIRIT IS A LIFT OUT OF THE SPIRITUAL AND EMOTIONAL TRAPS BEFORE US… NO MATTER HOW BAD THE SITUATION MAY APPEAR, GOD HAS A PLAN…
Psalm 40:2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
ALONE? WE NEED TO HELP LIFT OTHERS AND WHEN WE ARE ISOLATED THE ENEMY CAN PLAY IN OUR MINDS RENT FREE!
Ecclesiastes 4:10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
GOD INSTRUCTS ABRAM TO LIFT UP HIS EYES--- YOUR FOCUS CAN KILL YOU!
Genesis 13:14 And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:
God takes Abram outside the confinements of the tent and says: BOY YOU NEED TO LOOK UP. GOD CAN HAND THIS. (Genesis 15: 5)
WHEN THE FLOODS COME… THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LOT OF STINK ON THE ARK, BUT IT WAS THE BEST SHIP AFLOAT… GOD LIFTED THE ARK!
Genesis 7:17 And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth.
LIFE IS UP TO WHICH BUTTON YOU PUSH! BLESSINGS COME WHEN WE PRACTICE LIFTING… ENCOURAGING, BLESSINGS AND EDIFYING…
Numbers 6:22And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, 24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: 26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
LIFTER OF MY HEAD, THOUGHT PATTERNS, VISION
Psalm 3:3 But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
LIFT UP MY EYES…
Psalm 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
LIFT HANDS
Psalm 63:3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. 4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
CONCLUSION: BE AN ELEVATOR TO GOD’S LEADERS… DELIBERATE, PURPOSE, PLAN… Moses raising his hands reveal that he is trusting God dependence. Moses’ hands raised means total surrender.
Exodus 17:12 But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.
WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN HEAVEN RIGHT NOW? AARON AND HUR NEVER REALIZED HOW IMPORTANT LIFTING MOSES’ ARMS COULD BE…
1 Peter 5:6 (NIV) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
Today our only hope is in ELEVATING GOD AND OTHER PEOPLE. As we press the up button we are depending on God’s mercy and grace to bring us victory. The power of God is released as we push the elevator button up. God will bless us and protect us from all harm that would destroy us. As we lift up God, his word, the church and our leaders HIS POWER WILL HELP US IN TIMES LIKE THESE… THE TIME OF OUR NEEDS.
