#2 PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM

WE HAVE A BIBLICAL COMMANDMENT ABOUT PEACE. --- THIS VERSE IS AN IMPERATIVE COMMAND… The subject is “YOU” understood. JERUSALEM was the city of the throne of David.
Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
ISRAEL has been the “APPLE OF GOD’S EYE.” David tells us to pray for peace in Jerusalem. There is a clear promise to those that love Jerusalem and the nation of Israel. If we love and respect Israel God will prosper this nation and those who will love JERUSALEM. We need to teach others to pray for Jerusalem's peace! Prosperity to all you Jerusalem-lovers!
We pray for Israel’s security. Many nations of the world hate Israel and vow to push her into the Mediterranean Sea. The vow stands clear. This battle probably goes back to HAGAR and SARAH. The battle of the FLESH and the battle of the SPIRIT.
THERE IS A GREAT PROMISE THAT THIS GENERATION SHALL SEE THE SECOND COMING… WHAT GENERATION… ?
The nation that sees ISRAEL RE-ESTABLISHED as a nation…
Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

THE INVINCIBLE ARMADA… WE CAN’T LOSE. COME WITH ME AND WALK THROUGH SOME RECENT HISTORY. LET US SEE WHAT STANDING BY ISRAEL CAN MEAN? SPAIN?
For many years Spain was PRO-ISRAEL. Spain welcomed JEWISH REFUGEES. Spain was the power house of the world. Spain controlled the bulk of the world. Remember 1492? 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue. Something else happened in 1492. King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella started hating the Jewish people. Ferdinand and Isabella in their hatred of Jewish people ISSUED AN EDICT TO EXPEL ALL JEWS FROM SPAIN. The King and Queen feared the conversion of the Catholics to Judaism.
Spain had been very bless for welcoming the Jews. As the Jews had been very blessed in Spain. They could leave with nothing but their lives. So the Jews prayed and as they were leaving they swallowed their diamonds, gold, silver and pearls that they possessed. Spanish ships charged massive amounts of money to carry the Jews away from Spain. Many captains of the ships would carry the Jewish people miles out in the ocean and force them to jump in the waters to drown. When the Spanish soldiers learned of the Jewish people having jewels in their stomachs, the soldiers would take swords and knives and rip the Jewish people apart. The cruelty of the King and Queen and the Spanish nation was destroying God’s people. A new paradigm shifted in the world. Terrible dark storms sank the Spanish ships. The INVINCIBLE ARMADA as it was known was completely destroyed. Spain never arose to great power again… IN 1588 130 Spanish ships failed… COULD GOD’S WORD COME INTO PLAY… I WILL BLESS THEM THAT BLESS YOU… I WILL CURSE THEM THAT CURSE YOU?
LET US MOVE DOWN HISTORY’S TRAILS AND SEE HOW GOD BLESSED GREAT BRITAIN. IT WAS SAID THE SUN NEVER SETS ON THE BRITISH RULE. BRITAIN CONTROLLED THE WHOLE WORLD.
The British Government whole heartily decided to support the ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL HOME FOR THE JEWISH NATION. In 1917 ARTHUR BALFOUR made a DECLARATION TO THE WORLD. England was supporting the nation of Israel to return to JERUSALEM.
LORD ROTHSCHILD received the declaration. God raised up Jewish people called ZIONIST that desired to return to Israel.
PRO-PALESTINIANS GROUPS AROSE. The Balfour Declaration became DIVISIVE. Non-Jewish communities denied Israel’s right to exist and the Arabs and Turks and they declared Balfour’s words were ILLEGITIMATE. HOPE SOON FADED … ENGLAND DROPPED HER SUPPORT PRESSURED BY THE WORLD’S VOICES. GOD’S PROMISE: I WILL BLESS, THOSE THAT BLESS… SO AFTER ENGLAND WAS NOT SUPPORTIVE OF ISRAEL THE GREAT BRITISH RULE FAILED.
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PICKED UP GREAT SUPPORT OF JERUSALEM AND ISRAEL.
GOD BLESSED THE UNITED STATES. ON MAY 14, 1948 ISRAEL WAS ESTABLISHED AS A NATION. WHILE MANY PRESIDENTS PROMISED TO MOVE THE US EMBASSY TO JERUSALEM AND LEAVE TEL AVIV. NO ONE DARED… UNTIL TRUMP.

*1956 THE SUEZ CRISIS
*1967 SIX DAY WAR
*1973 YOM KIPPUR WAR
*1982 LEBANON WAR
*2006 SECOND LEBANON WAR
*THERE HAVE BEEN 8 RECOGNIZED WARS SINCE ISRAEL WAS ESTABLISHED.
LET US UNDERSTAND WHAT GOD MEANS BY BLESSINGS:
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
*By the end of the SIX DAY WAR, in 1967 the ARABS LOST 450 AIRCRAFT. Israel lost 46. Egypt, Syria and Jordan … Israel was surrounded by the sea and on all 3 sides.
*Israel had around 250 combat planes, Arab forces had 957 planes, many which were state of the art Soviet MIGS. Egypt had 30 Soviet TU-16 BADGER BOMBERS THAT EACH ONE COULD CARRY 10 TONS OF BOMBS each load.
* Israel’s aerial operations are called the most brilliant operation in history. The Egyptians had their exercise that morning and returned and was eating breakfast on the ground. Israel took out the jets and airfields so they could not take off.
* Israel had 800 tanks but many were old and not combat ready. Jordan, Syria and Egypt had 2,504 Soviet made tanks. 1,100 APS (Armored Protective Service) , and more than 1,000 pieces of armory. Many were brand new and state of the art weapons.
*Israel had around 50,000 troops.
*Egypt had 240,000 troops; Syria, Iraq and Jordan had 307,000 troops. (Total of 547,000)
* 1967 Israel had around 776 to 963 killed, 4,517 wounded, 400 tanks destroyed, 46 aircraft.
*1967 Egypt had 10,000 to 15,000 killed or missing,
*1967 Jordan had 696 killed, 533 surrendered.
*1967 Syria had 2,500 killed, 591 surrendered.
*4 nations had near 1,000 tanks destroyed or missing, 452+ air craft destroyed.
GOD SAID I WILL BLESS THOSE THAT BLESS ISRAEL, AND CURSE THOSE THAT CURSE ISRAEL?
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PICKED UP GREAT SUPPORT OF JERUSALEM AND ISRAEL.
GOD BLESSED THE UNITED STATES.
God has blessed the USA for standing with Israel. Since May 14, 1948 until today God has blessed Israel and the USA. But heed this warning my friend. As Spain dropped Israel. As Great Britain dropped its support for Israel. It appears there is a great movement in the world and the USA to drop all support of Israel.
THERE IS A LOUD POLITICAL CRY COMING FROM WASHINGTON D.C. BACK AWAY FROM SUPPORTING JERUSALEM AND ISRAEL.
A FRESHMAN CONGRESS WOMAN NAMED RASHIDA TLAIB became the first MUSLIM woman in CONGRESS. She represents Michigan. The largest mosque in the world is in Michigan. Many Muslim people took leans on their property to pay to build this MOSQUE. RASHIDA claims to be a PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRAT. She is pushing a radical far left program.
RASHIDA REFUSED TO TAKE THE OATH OF OFFICE ON THE BIBLE. She wore a traditional Palestinian robe and swore in using a QUMRAN. (CUM-RAN) the ISLAM’S HOLIEST TEXT.
RASHIDA curse our president and demanded his impeachment. Rashida Tiab is ANTI-SEMITIC against Jewish people. She calls Jewish people SATANIC and demon possessed. She claims that the 6 million Jews killed during the HOLOCAUST is an invention of the imagination to gain sympathy for Israel. She claims the USA government is a puppet of the rich Jewish nation. It appears that the PROGRESSIVE ARM OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS GAINING MORE AND MORE POWER.
A recent poll shows in the Senate and Congress only 27% side with Israel, leaving the majority 73% MOVING AWAY FROM ISRAEL’S SUPPORT? Many Democrats are siding with the PALESTINIAN RULE about 50%?
James S. Robbins has written: THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST HAVE EVEN CALLED FOR ISRAEL TO BE ELIMINATED.
What will happen when the USA DESERTS ISRAEL?
WAR IS IN THE AIR IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
When you see the armies of the world around Jerusalem check it out. The USA forces, Russia, Jordan, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Syria, ISIS, PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) United Nations, Islamic, Anti-Semitic Forces, China to name a few.
Luke 21:20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
CONCLUSION: WHAT IS A GLOVE WORTH? $12 TO $25? What is a glove worth? It might depend on whose hand the glove belonged? The glove on the hand of a baseball player in the World Series? Maybe the glove on the hand of a heart transplant doctor? How about a $60,000 glove? There was an auction in New York. A $30 glove sold for $60,000. Why? There were documents that proved this glove belonged to MICHAEL JACKSON.
Would you be the GLOVE that God would wear today to help others? Would you pray for Jerusalem? Israel? Will you reach up to God then out to men? Your hands, God’s heart?
ARE WE PREPARED FOR THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST? CAN YOU SEE WE ARE HEADED TOWARD ARMAGEDDON? THE APOCALYPSE THE COMPLETE AND FINAL DESTRUCTION OF THE WORLD?
We must focus our attention toward the MIDDLE EAST. Watch Jerusalem! Watch Israel! I know who will prevail.
Even so come quickly Lord Jesus.
