Life is not fair… things are never on an even, balanced field. Seems every member would contribute equally.
Have you ever heard of the PARETO PRINCIPLE… IT IS CALL THE 80/20 RULE…
In Italy 80% of the land is owned by 20% of the population.
80% of the sales come from 20% of clients.
In a group 20% give 80% of the budget.
In any group 20% of the people do 80% of the work.
In sports 20% of the players do 80% of the training and victory. 20% of the players’ stats do 80% of the team goals.
20% of the patients in the health care systems use 80% of the health care resources.
80% of the crime is committed by 20% of the criminals…

HAVE YOU EVER DESIRED TO ESCAPE… RUN AWAY…
As a young boy if I got hurt or angry, I would tell my mom. MOM, I AM GOING TO CRAWL IN A HOLE, EAT A WORM AND DIE.
My older brother and I ran away once. We were not in school yet. We explained to mom we desired to run away. So she packed some of our clothes in a brown paper bag. She said: Boys you may get hungry, so she made us two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and wrapped them in wax paper. We went out sat on the paper bags and sat by the sidewalk. After a while we opened our sandwiches and ate them. Our neighbor drove by in his Hudson Wasp. He stopped and asked us: WHAT ARE YOU DOING? We explained we were tired of mom bossing us around and we were running away! He was compassionate to us. He offered us a ride. We explained: WE CAN’T GO PASSED THE SIDEWALK, MOM WILL KILL US.
Many times in my life, I have desired to GET AWAY FROM CONFLICT, SUFFERING AND SORROW. I can’t get pass the sidewalk…
David was being crushed on every side. His family seemed to be falling apart. His enemies were laughing at him. Seems death had come and visited him. There is no escape… Hope eluded the heart. David pens these words… JUST LET ME FLY AWAY?

As a young boy David faced Goliath. 40 days twice a day Goliath cursed God and Israel… FEAR BREED FEAR. They went to their tents and would cry themselves to sleep… My friend, you cannot run from your problems… GROW UP, SEEK GOD’S PLAN…

AS AN OLD MAN, FEAR BREED FEAR. Negative words? Negative friends? Big problems thrive and David’s attitude changes…

Seems the easy life of the King and the palace… Letting other people do his work has BEEN A FAITH KILLER.

DAVID GOD DOES NOT GIVE US WINGS, YOU CAN NOT FLY AWAY, TRUST GOD…

On Jesus’ 7th entry into Jerusalem they call it the TRIUMPHAL ENTRY. Jesus rode a donkey that had never been ridden before. They cried: HOSANNA, HOSANNA… If the people had not cried out the ROCKS WOULD HAVE CRIED OUT PRAISE.
How soon can the cry change from hosanna to CRUCIFY, CRUCIFY? Jesus said: FATHER, IF THERE IS ANY WAY FOR THIS CUP TO PASS FROM ME… some things we can’t run away from, we have to come face to face.

We were playing music in Cumberland, Kentucky. It was early Sunday morning. Back then in a little town nothing was opened. We were looking for a church where we were to play. Finally we saw one drunk man. We were in a 15 passenger van pulling a trailer. I jumped out of the van and asked him where the church was? He thought for a while and said: DA-GOD, I DON’T THINK YOU CAN GET THERE FROM HERE?
NO MORE? I CAN’T TAKE NO MORE?
29 years ago, I JUST MOVED HERE AND COULD NOT FIND A PLACE TO LIVE, SO I LIVED IN THE CHURCH AND MY FAMILY BACK IN THE MOUNTINS… Each night a family would invite me over to eat. The lady at church told me whose home to go to… She never told me a home on Friday night. So I made hospital visits and went to the PIG OUT AT GATTI’S PIZZA PLACE… I ate all I could handle. I was so full. I returned to my office and I received a phone call: WHERE ARE YOU? At church of course. You are supposed to be at CLEO AND WILLIS SLEDGE’S HOUSE up 68-80. Well I jumped in the car and drove to their house. Cleo had a huge meal cooked and on the table. I was ashamed to say I had already ate. So I put a little of each thing on my plate and eat and I bragged how wonderful the food was, reminded me of my momma’s cooking. CLEO SAID I HAVE A SON AND I KNOW HE EATS MORE THAN THAT. So she loaded my plate again, and later again. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BLOW UP! I kept thinking: NO MORE, NO MORE! I was miserable when I returned to my office. NO MORE!

What is so bad about sea? The ocean or sea separates nations. The sea is where storms brew and spawn….
*1. NO MORE SEA…

*4. No sorrow… a feeling of grief, sadness, distress, affliction, heartache,
*5. No crying… soft or loud sounds of strong emotions, sob, weep

*7. NO MORE CURSE… I hear people concerned that someone will curse them, know your Bible!

OUR LAST ENEMY IS DEATH…
No more night… more sickness, death at night… No more sun… Jesus is the light…

NO MORE DEATH… BORN ONCE DIE TWICE, BORN TWICE DIE ONCE…
MIGHT I ADD NO MORE C.O.P.D. … No cancer… No back problems, no addictions, no divorce or broken homes, no murder,
CONCLUSION: Life is short, death is sure. Sin is the curse, Christ is the cure. Life is a vapor, t is here and soon gone, make priorities. Anger is bad, FLEE from it…Life is short, death is sure.
