A BAD ATTITUDE...

ISAAC FOUND A WELL SPRING OF LIVING WATER...
Genesis 26:19 And Isaac's servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water.
20 And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac's herdmen, saying, The water is ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him.
JESUS OFFERS US A WELL SPRING OF LIVING WATER...
JOHN 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
YOU CONTROL YOUR THINKING PATTERNS... THE DISABILITY TAKES DEEP
ROOTS:
a condition that damages or limits a person's physical or mental abilities.
A BAD ATTITUDE IS MUCH LIKE A FLAT TIRE...
IF YOU ARE GOING SOME PLACE, YOU HAVE TO GET OUT AND CHANGE IT...
A bad attitude drains a person and they develop a negative? Blame others? I deserve
better?
ATTITUDE: LIFE IS LIKE A ROSE?
We will buy into the ATTITUDE OF HOW PAINFUL THE THORNS can be.
Or we can FOCUS OUR ATTITUDES on HOW BEAUTIFUL THE RED, YELLOW OR
PINK THE FLOWER IS... and the rose's smell.
THE ATAR OF ROSES is an expensive perfume made from crushed rose petals.
The crushed rose petals are placed into a vat of special oil. Daily the Master comes
with a feather and skims the top layer and places in a bottle. It takes many days
to fill one bottle.
THE CRUSHED ROSE is a wonderful gift.
DO WE UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FIERY SERPANT OF NUMBERS 21 REPRESENTS?
This snake was part of the judgment of God for complaining, griping and murmuring of
God's people. They complained against Moses and Aaron... BUT GOD SAID THEY ARE
COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM.
These snakes were swift-springing, deadly--- full of poison and venom.
MANY PEOPLE DIED...
GOD'S MERCY AND GRACE HAD A PLAN TO BREAK THEIR BAD ATTITUDES AND MEAN
WORDS... BRAZEN SERRPANT ON A POLE IN THE CENTER OF THE CAMP...
IN HEZEKIIAH'S DAY THE BRAZEN SNAKE WAS WORSHIPPED AND HAD TO BE
DESTROYED --- ANOTHER BAD ATTITUDE...
THE SNAKE OR SERPANTS OF THE BIBLE OFTEN REPRESENT BAD ATTITUDES...
TO FIND GOD'S PLAN WE HAVE TO SHAKE OF THE POISONOUS, VENOMOUS...
ACTS 28:1-5
1And when they were escaped, then they knew that the island was called Melita.
2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.
3 And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand.
4 And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live.
5 And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.

The Bull Dog often walked by the skunk and the skunk mocked and taunted the Bull Dog.

RAISE. I do not want to smell like THE SKUNK.
The Dog went on to say: STICKS AND STONES MAY BREAK MY BONES, BUT NAMES WILL
NEVER HARM ME IF I REFUSE TO GIVE CREDANCE TO THEM.
ANY SUCCESSFUL HAS TO OVERCOME THE HISTORY OF PLAYERS EXPECTATIONS,
THE PLAYERS LAZINESS, AND BAD ATTITUDES AND BUY INTO THE COACH'S PROGRAM.
WE ARE NOT TURKEYS GROUNDED IN THE DIRT...
WE ARE EAGLES TO SOAR ABOVE THE STORMS OF LIFE...
WE MUST LET GO OF THE DISABILITIES OF BAD ATTITUDES AND NEGATIVE THINKING.
WE MUST REMOVE THE NEGATIVE BOTTOM FEEDERS...
ROMANS 16:17
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
SEEMS LIKE BAD ATTITUDES ARE CONTAGEOUS AND CAN BECOME AN ADDICTION...
There were 10 brothers, step brothers? Half brothers? One full brother...
Same Father, but different MOTHERS?
The family was dysfunctional.
THERE WAS A DREAMER THAT WAS A BRAGGART AND RUBBED HIS DREAMS
DEEPER INTO HIS BROTHERS' FACE...
We seldom tell the truth about BAD ATTITUDES...
NO ONE WILL TAKE UP THE OWNERSHIP OF BAD ATTITUDES.
GENESIS 37: 4
And when his brethren saw that their father loved him more than all his brethren, they hated him, and could not speak peaceably unto him.
THE BROTHERS BLAMED JOSEPH...
JOSEPH BLAMED HIS BROTHER... YOU ARE GOING TO "KISS BY FEET!"
GENESIS 37: 5
And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.
HATRED BREEDS HATRED...
GENESIS 37:9
And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.
The brothers HATED THAT COAT OF PRIDE?
GOD HAS A WAY OF TAKING YEARS AND CHANGING ATTITUDES...
WE SHALL SEE?

19 And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.
THE PRESENCE AND ANOINTED PLAN OF GOD HAS A WAY OF CHANGING ATTITUDES.
GOD IS GOING TO USE THESE THESE BAD ATTITUDES AND CHANGE THE MEN AND
THEN CHANGE THE MEN.
JOSEPH WILL SAVE THE SEED THAT WILL GROW JESUS LIFE... 70 PEOPLE!
Genesis 39: 2
And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
Genesis 39:3
And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand.

And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field.

The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the LORD was with him, and that which he did, the LORD made it to prosper.
Please hear God's plan... Never grow hatred... Never grow bitterness and hurt...
Come into the presence of the HOLY GOD.
JOSEPH SHAKES OFF THE BITTERNESS AND HURT OF LIFE...

THERE IS A KISS THAT EACH BROTHER HAS CHANGED THEIR BAD ATTITUDES
AND REGRET HAS RULED...

HAVE YOU READ THE STORY ABOUT THE KING'S SERVANT THAT ALWAYS GAVE THANKS AND SAID: "THIS IS GOOD! THIS IS REALLY GOOD!!!"
The King had a special servant that always that was a friend from early childhood. The servant
always traveled with Prince and later to be the King.. The King loved being around this servant
as he had always been his friend and he was very upbeat and positive. The servant always said
kind things and was quick to edify and encourage others.
The King would wake up in the morning and his servant would run to him and say: "THIS IS A
GOOD DAY. WE ARE ALIVE. THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
The King ate breakfast and the servant said: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
When the King came out in his royal clothes: His servant said: "YOU LOOK SO GOOD TODAY!
THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD"
When people came to the King and complained and the King would listen. The servant would
visit with the King and tell him how blessed they were and nothing was as bad as it first appeared.
Then the servant would say: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
The King loved hunting with his bow an arrow. His little servant was there by his side. The King
would have great success, and his servant would say: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
At night as the servant prepared the King for his rest, the servant would always say:
" THIS IS A GOOD DAY, IT HAS BEEN A REALLY GOOD!"
ONE DAY THE KING JUMPED UP ON HIS HORSE AND WAS RIDING AROUND THE
KINGDOM, AND HIS SERVANT SAID: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
The King decided to practice with his bow and arrows. So the men dismounted and
the servant gave the King his bow and the razor sharp arrows. Something happened and
the KING CUT OFF HIS RIGHT THUMB. The King was bleeding and the situation looked terrible.
The attendants got the bleeding stopped and the KING WAS IN GREAT PAIN. His servant said:
" THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
In great anger the King did not want to hear that garbage and the King threw his servant
into prison. THE SERVANT WAS ALWAYS BY THE SIDE OF THE KING, BUT THE KING
DID NOT DESIRE TO HEAR: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!" He knew better!
Sometime later, the King was out in the country side far from the palace and it started to
get dark. The King's party got lost and went deeper and deeper into a dangerous area.THE NEXT
MORNING THE KING CRAWLED OUT OF HIS TENT TO REALIZE THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE
OF THE AREA WHERE MANY PRACTICING AND SERIOUS CANNIBALS LIVED. The King knew
he was in for big trouble when the flesh eating human beings gather around him and took him
back to the village to COOK HIM and EAT HIM.
They had a huge pot and built a BIG fire under the pot. They prepared the King to be placed
in the boiling water. One of the CANNIBALS grabbed him by the hand and noticed his
right THUMB WAS CUT OFF.
The cannibal started screaming, they were VERY SUPERSTITIOUS and they believe a man with
his thumb cut off was bad, black magic. The cannibals immediately released the KING WITH NO
THUMB, they had nothing to do with him.
The King jumped on his horse and returned to his camp.The King remember the words of his
servant said when his thumb was cut off: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!" The King now
realized: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!" was truth! His thumb being cut off saved
his life.
THE KING RODE HIS HORSE AS FAST AS HE COULD TO THE PRISON AND RELEASED
HIS SERVANT THAT HAD BEEN LOCKED UP FOR OVER A YEAR. The King explained to his
servant that the cannibals were going to eat him, and when they saw his thumb was gone they
released him because they wanted no bad JU-JU.
The servant said: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
THE KING SAID: NO, THIS IS NOT GOOD, I HAD YOU LOCKED UP IN PRISON FOR SAYING:
" THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!" WHEN MY THUMB WAS CUT OFF.
The King said: THIS IS NOT GOOD, YOU HAVE BEEN IN PRISON. THE SERVANT SAID:
" THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
The King said, HOW IS THIS GOOD? The servant said: " THIS IS GOOD, IT IS REALLY GOOD!"
IF I HAD BEEN WITH YOU, WHEN THEY REJECTED YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR MISSING
THUMB, THEY WOULD HAVE BOILED AND COOKED ME AND ATE ME. " THIS IS GOOD, IT
IS REALLY GOOD!"
Life is about YOUR ATTITUDES. Your attitudes will determine your ALTITUDE...
YOU ARE NOT A TURKEY, YOU ARE A EAGLE TO SOAR ABOVE THE STORMS...
CONCLUSION: WE MUST TAKE OWNERSHIP OF BAD ATTITUDES.
WHAT BAD ATTITUDES DO YOU HAVE? WRITE THEM DOWN ON A LIST...
FOCUS ATTENTION AND MAKE PLANS TO CORRECT YOUR NEGATIVITY AND BAD
ATTITUDES. Dream a new dream of hope and new possibilities. Change your words and
thought patterns to positive: I CAN! CHANGE THE PICTURES YOU ARE PAINTING.
