THIS OBSTACLE COULD BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY.

I have heard discussed WHAT IS THE OPPOSITE OF FAITH?
Well, the logical answer is DOUBT....
Might we add several other elements.
FEAR --- WORRY...
APATHY --- DO NOTHING...
ERROR BECAUSE OF NOT KNOWING THE WORD OF GOD....
CONTROLLING YOUR WORDS AND YOUR EMOTIONS REQUIRE FAITH...
FAITH MUST NOT BE PASSIVE, QUE SERA, SERA?
FAITH IS MORE THAN WORDS, BACK-BONE.
STRONG FAITH MUST COVER ALL ISSUES... MENTALLY, MORALLY, EMOTIONALLY,
PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUALLY.
Faith must mean ABSOLUTE TRUST THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL and it requires MENTAL
as well as SPIRITUAL POWER...
Faith requires SELF-CONTROL...
FAITH KNOWS WE HAVE COME TO THIS POINT NOT BY ACCIDENT, THERE IS A REASON
FOR THIS SEASON. FAITH, PRAYER AND ENDURANCE WILL ACCOMPLISH A VICTORY.
WE MUST KNOW THIS PROBLEM IS A CALL TO PRAYER...
Colossians 4:2 (KJV) Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Colossians 4:2 (MSG) Pray diligently. Stay alert, with your eyes wide open in gratitude.
FAITH LEARNS THAT PRAYER IS THE TOOL TO OVERCOME...
MY FAITH AND PRAYER WE FIND THE PROMISES OF GOD...
O CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD...
BY FAITH , I KNOW, MAYBE I CAN NOT WIN BUT I WILL NOT QUIT,
I WILL NOT LET GO...
FAITH MADE JACOB A VICTOR IN A WRESTLING MATCH...
Genesis 32:25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of
his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.

THE ENEMIES HAD PLOTTED TO DESTROY DANIEL... BUT HE REFUSED
TO ALLOW THE OBSTACLES TO IMPEDE HIM.
BY FAITH DANIEL PRAYED 3 TIMES A DAY...
Daniel 6:10 (MSG) When Daniel learned that the decree had been signed and posted, he
continued to pray just as he had always done. His house had windows in the upstairs that
opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he knelt there in prayer, thanking and
praising his God.
DAVID TOOK HIS MESS UP, SIN LIFE AND PRAYED... FAITH PRAYS...
DAVID QUIT LOOKING BACK AND STARTED BY FAITH LOOKING FORWARD.
Psalm 109:4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.
ELIJAH WAS HATED BY KING AHAB AND QUEEN JEZEBEL...
THERE WAS AN APB AND DEATH WARRANT SIGNED...
ELIJAH HAD ONE HOPE --- FAITH AND PRAYER...
ELIJAH PRAYED AND PRAYED AGAIN... ELIAS GREEK FORM OF ELIJAH
BUT HIS FAITH KEEP GOING UP THE MOUNTIAN.
James 5:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly
that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
FAITH SHOULD NOT BE SURPRISED WHEN THE ANSWER IS KNOCKING AT THE DOOR.
The people demanded CRUCIFY Jesus.
The popular opinion loved the torture and killing the preacher.
The King had one killed...
Fear tried to rule --- FAITH CONQUERED FEAR...
THE ANSWER IS HERE...
Acts 12:13 And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named
Rhoda. 14 And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in,
and told how Peter stood before the gate. 15 And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she
constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
THE BIBLE CLOSES WITH FAITH AND PRAYER... AMEN --- LET IT BE SO...
Revelation 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen.

We must learn OUR FAITH can OVERCOME ALL OBSTACLES and ALL THE
FORCES OF RESISTANCE.
FAITH is the ability to resist being moved or broken by force, THIS PROBLEM IS A GOD
OPPORTUNITY. FAITH is the power that ALLOWS PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS
in a determined and effective way.
LISTEN TO THE WORD: STAY WITH GOD! TAKE HEART! DON'T QUIT!
Psalm 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait,
I say, on the LORD.
Psalm 27:14 (NIV) Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.
Psalm 27:14 (NLT) Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently
for the Lord.
Psalm 27:14 (MSG) Stay with God! Take heart. Don't quit. I'll say it again: Stay with God.
FAITH WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THIS IS A PROBLEM, BUT FAITH IS THE ACTION
THAT BRINGS OUR CAPACITYFOR EXERTION OR ENDURANCE.
I USE THE POINT OF SPLATTING USED IS LONG ENDURANCE SITUATIONS.
All Marathon and long-distance runners have a term: SPLATTING..
To splatting is coming to the point of exhaustion and every muscle and fiber and WILL POWER
is at the BOTTOM and one so desires to quit that their body wants to shut down.
Faith must arise and say: I CAN.
Any serious athlete that trains has LEARNED RESISTANCE is how to prepare and build
power of ENDURANCE to overcome OBSTACLES. Most people learn to AVOID OBSTACLES
and RESISTANCE.
Did you know the WORLD APLAUDS PEOPLE WITH FAITH.
WE CAN DO THIS... The world will pay TO WATCH PEOPLE THAT HAVE PRACTICE AND
PRACTICED until they OVERCAME... People will pay big money to watch disciplined people
in sports, music... until they have developed extra-ordinary trust with their talent.
WE MUST BE MORE THAN JUST TOUGH. TOUGH IS A BISTER & CALLOUSES ON YOUR
HAND. FAITH CAN BE A HEAVY BURDEN IN THE TRIAL...
FAITH ENDURES ALL PROBLEMS, PAIN, DESPAIR, DREAD AND HEAVINESS ---
FOR FAITH KNOWS TIME WILL BRING PEACE AND JOY.
AGAIN THIS OBSTACLE IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
WHAT BRINGS VICTORY? FAITH, PATIENCE AND ENDURANCE...
VS STRONG? SPEED? SIZE? FINANCES? POWER? WISDOM?
GOD CALL SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE AND THE SHOES WE ARE CALLED TO FILL
SEEM SO BIG, I CAN'T DO THIS WORK...
NOW MOSES IS DEAD...
ASK ANY JEW --- MOSES WAS THE GREATEST LEADER EVER...
Joshua 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I
was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
B. GOD, WHO ARE YOU KIDDING? I CAN'T TAKE MOSES' PLACE.
VI. THE CALL IS CLEAR --- THIS CALL IS NOT MOSES, THIS CALL IS NOT
ABOUT YOU --- THIS CALL IS ABOUT GOD --- BE STRONG...
Joshua 1:6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance
the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law,
which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou
mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD WILL ACCOPLISH GOD'S GOALS FOR YOU.
JOSHUA STAY IN THE WORD OF GOD... THE WORD OF GOD DOES THE WORK OF GOD...
YOUR STREGTH SHALL BE GOD...
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein
day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou
shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
JOSHUA IT IS NOT ABOUT HARD, IMPOSSIBLE TASK... FILLING SHOES...
THIS CALL IS TRUSTING BY FAITH THE PROMISES AND PLANS OF GOD...
SON, THE CALL IS CLEAR, THE 3RD TIME ---
Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither
be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
GOD CAN HANDLE THIS... GOD MADE THE SUN, THE MOON, JUPITER AND MARS...
WE MUST BY FAITH TRUST THE PLAN... THE PROMISE OF GOD...
JOSHUA, THIS MEANS TRUSTING IN GOD'S PURPOSE AND PLAN...
JOSHUA SAW THE NEGATIVE REACTION OF THE TEN SPIES...
NOW --- GOD --- NOW!
Joshua 3:7 And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all
Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.
CONCLUSION: FEAR, A SPIRIT OF FEAR, BEING AFRAID, EXPECTING THE BAD, WORRY...
FOCUSING ON THE PROBLEM, NEGATIVE, EXPECTING BAD, BEING ANXIOUS AND UPSET...
RELEASING A I CAN'T DO IT ATTITUDE WILL CHOKE AND STRANGLE GOD'S PROMISES TO
DEATH. We are walking daily in the darkness of FEAR and DESPAIR... THAT WILL HINDER
GOD'S PLAN AND PURPOSE FOR US.
Luke 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are
coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
WE HAVE A CALL TO TRUST, PRAY AND BE STRONG AND BELIEVE.
GOD IS NOT CAUGHT BY SURPRISE BY ANY ELECTION, PERSONALITIES, OR SIN...
GOD CAN HANDLE THIS... JUST BE STRONG!
NO FAITH PEOPLE ARE WAITING, COMPLAINING AND FAULT FINDING, wait
for opportunities. PEOPLE OF FAITH WILL ARISE AND RELEASE GOD'S SPIRIT
AND MAKE THIS OBSTACLE AN OPPORTUNITY. You can if you want to.
ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE AND DREAM BIG.
