SURE, WE BELIEVE IN GOD? THAT IS NOT ENOUGH...
WE MUST BELIEVE GOD...
THREE QUESTIONS OF CREDIBILITY:
1. CAN GOD DO THIS?
2. WILL GOD DO THIS FOR MEN?
3. WHEN WILL GOD DO THIS FOR ME?
IT IS HIGH TIME TO ARISE... STEP IN THE ACTION PLAN...
QUIT REACTING... AND RELEASE GOD...
I. SPARE TIRE MENTALITY...
HAVE WE DEVELOPED A FLAT TIRE MENTALITY? WHEN WILL I DO SOMETHING?
ONLY CHANGE WHEN YOU HAVE TO...
YOU DETERMINE HOW CLOSE TO GOD YOU WALK...
Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me
with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
A. Did you know when you buy 4 new tires you should have your car ALIGNED...
A good alignment will correct BAD TIRE WEAR...
B. Almost every person I know knows that ROTATING THE TIRES WILL MAKE THE

II. FAITH ASK: DO YOU THINK WITH YOUR HEAD OR YOUR HEART?
IT IS IN YOUR THOUGHT PATTERNS --- THINKING HABITS... YOUR ATTITUDES
THAT YOU HAVE JOY... IT IS IN THE WORDS YOU SAY...
DO YOU THINK WITH YOUR HEAD OR YOUR HEART....
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee;
but his heart is not with thee.
A. IT IS ALL HOW YOU SAY IT.

MANY TIMES PEOPLE NEVER ACT BY FAITH, THEY ONLY REACT...
LIFE IS MORE THAN REACTING TO PROBLEMS...
FAITH ACTS...
A. ALL HISTORY RECORDS ONLY TWO MEN TO WALK ON WATER...
So Peter is in EXCLUSIVE COMPANY...
B. Do not try walking on water unless you hear the INVITATION: COME...

C. HOW DO YOU REACT?
First thing: JUMP OUT OF THE BOAT...

FAITH LEAVES THE REACTION LEVEL AND TURNS INTO ACTION...
D. PETER FELT AND SAW THE WIND BOISTEROUS...
AFTER FEELING THE WIND, THE EMOTIONS LOSE FOCUS...
Peter felt the water run up his legs...
E. PETER LOST HIS FOCUS... THE FOCUS IS NOT ON JESUS...
PETER FOCUSES ON THE WIND AND WAVES... PETER QUITS ACTING AND
IS NOW REACTING TO THE NEGATIVE THINGS PRESSING HIS 5 SENSES...
F. THERE IS A DIVINE LAW: KEEP GOD IN FOCUS...
YOU CAN NOT KEEP WALKING ON WATER WITHOUT THE STRONG
PRESENCE OF A HOLY GOD...
This world is overwhelming ... we are little nobodies...
THE SECRET TO OVERCOMING STRONG MEN IS CLEAR...
STAY CLOSE TO GOD, HIS WORD, HIS COMMANDMENTS, AND HIS CHURCH.
G. YOU ARE NOT IMMUNE FROM DIFFICULTY SO KEEPING A BURNING
PASSION FOR GOD --- YOU CAN NEVER BE TOTALLY DEFEATED...
There is an OTHER SIDE OF DEFEAT, IF YOU WIN IT IS A GOD VICTORY...
IV. ARE WE STUCK IN THE RUTS? I HAVE FALLEN AND I CAN NOT GET UP?
HAS THE DAY OF MIRACLES PASSED...
DO WE STILL BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?
THE KISS OF THE ANOINTING... CAN GOD STILL CHANGE PEOPLE...
A. SAUL was the son of KISH...
Probably Kish's only son... "ASKED FOR"... A CHILD OF PRAYER
Saul and Kish were of the tribe of Benjamin (the smallest tribe)
B. Saul was a DONKEY CHASER... talk about a nobody...
SAUL MEETS THE MAN OF GOD... HIS LIFE IS FOREVER CHANGED...
C. QUIT REACTING IN THE FLESH AND MOVE IN THE SPIRIT...
THERE WILL BE 3 CONFIRMATIONAL SIGNS:
SAUL WAS ANOINTED...
THE ANOIUNTING AND THE KISS OF THE PREACHER...

TWO MEN WILL SAY: THE DONKEYS ARE FOUND
2. Keep walking forward, when you get to the plain, you WILL MEET 3 MEN GOING
TO BETHEL, CHURCH---
a. ONE WILL HAVE 3 KIDS, (1 SAM. 10: 3-4)
b. ONE WILL HAVE 3 LOAVES OF BREAD,
c. ONE WILL BE CARRYING A BOTTLE OF WINE...
The one with the bread will offer you 2 LOAVES OF BREAD...TAKE THEM...
3. YOU WILL COME TO THE HILL OF GOD... (I SAM. 10:5-9)
You will meet a group of Preachers, singing and playing music...
JUST AS THE PREACHER SAID:
1 Samuel 10:6 And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy
with them, and shalt be turned into another man.
7 And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve
thee; for God is with thee.

D. GOD OVERCAME EVERY STRONG MAN THAT SAUL FACED AND CHANGED
HIM... SUDDENLY? INSTANTLY? OVER A PERIOD OF TIME?
1 Samuel 10:10 And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met
him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
V. MANY ARE PRAYING GOD CHANGE THE WINDS, THE CONTRARY WINDS
ARE BLOWING SO STRONG, GOD DESIRES TO CHANGE HIS PEOPLE AND
AND CHANGE THE WAY WE THINK... OUR THOUGHT PATTERNS... MUST CHANGE...
A. We pray: WAKE UP GOD AND CHANGE THE WIND...
GOD SAYS TO BELIEVERS: WAKE UP AND CHANGE YOUR SAILS...
Matthew 14:24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the
wind was contrary.
B. PERHAPS WISDOM MUST REALIZE:
IF GOD IS NOT GOING TO CALM THE STORM HE MUST CALM THE BELIEVER
THROUGH THE STORM...
VI. MY DEAR FRIEND WE MUST QUIT DRIFTING WITH EVERY WIND THAT BESETS
US... QUIT REACTING --- FAITH MUST LAUNCH OUT INTO THE DEEP...
A. PARADIGM SHIFT: CHANGE THE PATTERN...
CHANGE THE REACTION TO ACTION...
B. Jesus you are a carpenter, WE ARE FISHER MEN...
It is time to QUIT, clean the nets and SLEEP...
C. NO, IT IS TIME TO LAUNCH OUT IN THE DEEP...

A. HOW BAD IS IT?
1. A donkey's head is going for almost $300, and people in line to buy?
2. A pint of DOVES' DUNG IS SELLING FOR $30.
3. Two mothers agree to eat their kids, one backs out...
B. LET'S BLAME THE PREACHER AND GOD...???
2 Kings 6:31 Then he said, God do so and more also to me, if the head of Elisha the son
of Shaphat shall stand on him this day.
C. JEZEBEL: You can not get BEHIND THE GOD'S HEDGE AROUND THE PREACHER.
HER MESSAGE IS GOING TO BE KILL THE PREACHER AND STOP THE
MESSAGE...
D. THE NEGATIVE MESSAGE OF IT CAN'T BE DONE BECOMES PROPHETIC...
2 Kings 7:2 Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said,

E. WHAT DOES GOD NEED TO BRING A PARADIGM SHIFT?
4 MEN, 4 SICK MEN, 4 CRIPPLED MEN, 4 INFECTIOUS MEN,
4 MEN NEAR DEATH... QUIT REACTING WITH THE CROWD...
WHY SIT HERE UNTIL WE DIE...
1. IF WE STAY HERE --- WE ARE GOING TO DIE...
2. IF WE GO INTO THE CITY WE DIE...
2 Kings 7:3 And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one
to another, Why sit we here until we die?
VIII. DO WE BELIEVE IN GOD?
THE QUESTION IS HOW MANY OF US BELIEVE GOD?
WE CAN NOT STAY HERE? WE CAN NOT GO BACK?
THE QUESTION IS NOT WHERE IS THE GOD OF ELIJAH?
THE QUESTION IS CLEAR: WHERE ARE THE ELIJAHS OF GOD...
A. MAY WE DEVELOP A GET UP ATTITUDE...
GET UP MENTALITY...

B. DO WE BELIEVE ENOUGH TO GET UP?
