Summary: Did you know it is always too soon to quit, TRY AGAIN.

STAND FIRM, TRY AGAIN, AND AGAIN

By Wade Martin Hughes, Sr. Kyfingers@aol.com

I. IS THIS OUR FINAL EXAM...

MY PROBLEMS AND PAIN AND BITTERNESS ARE GONE?

I HAVE IT MADE?

A. THIS JOURNEY IS SO TWISTED... MAKES NO SENSE TO ME?

WHERE ARE YOU GOD?

Psalm 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth

in his way.

24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth

him with his hand.

25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken,

nor his seed begging bread.

26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.

27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

B. We can not stay the same way?

Change is not always easy.

WHY? Why is this happening to me?

I am looking for peace and seems TROUBLE FINDS ME?

I search for the LIGHT SWITCH and it seems to stay dark?

I thought I had a clear TITLE?

Psalm 107:7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of

habitation.

C. I thought I was near the PISGAH'S LOFTY MOUNTAIN TOP,

and here I am again in THIS VALLEY?

MY HOPE? MY JOY?

MY FEAR? Seems like I am fainting?

D. Is this God?

Maybe these trials are God:

1. Stretching your faith?

2. Maybe God is building and strengthening your faith?

3. Maybe these waves and winds are speaking change your sail?

No matter what you see, or how you feel God is leading...

II. WE MUST THROUGH MUCH TRIBULATION ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM

A. Perhaps some of teaching of today of prosperity, power and love

is not balanced and tempered with the word?

Acts 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue

in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh

be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

B. LEARN TO COUNT IT ALL JOY...

James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;

III. BE STILL AND LEARN TO WAIT... IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO STAND

STILL, WHEN IT SEEMS ALL IS NEGATIVE...

A. WE HAVE CHOICES...

WE HEAR THE STORIES...

WHOSE REPORT WILL WE ACCEPT?

Numbers 13:20 And what the land is, whether it be fat or lean, whether there be wood

therein, or not. And be ye of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time

was the time of the firstripe grapes.

B. We have two reports:

1. Majority report

2. Minority report

Numbers 13:30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at

once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people;

for they are stronger than we.

C. THIS STORM WILL CRASH OUR SHIP...

OR WE CAN WAKE UP THE MASTER...

IV. WHY ASK AGAIN?

ARE WE AT THE END? IS THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL A

TRAIN? ARE WE AT THE END? IS THIS THE LAST EXAM?

Luke 11:5 And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto

him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

6 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and

my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet

because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock,

and it shall be opened unto you.

10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that

knocketh it shall be opened.

11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or

if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much

more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

A. MAYBE THIS IS NOT THE END...

THIS MIGHT BE THE STARTING POINT TO OUR MIRACLE...

be in there... They knew the farmer loved FROG LEGS...

TO DROWN IN THIS MILK...

The other frog said: NO! KEEP ON KICKING?

The negative frog said: WE SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME IN THIS BARN,

GOD IS PUNICHING US, WE ARE GOING TO DIE.

His muscles starting hurting, so he sank into the bottom of the milk can,

in a few minutes a few bubbles came to surface and the FROG DIED...

D. The other frog was so tired, but he kept on kicking, the frog said:

GOOD COMES OUT OF BAD, I CAN, I CAN, I CAN THIS MILK CAN?

He kicked and kicked until the milk turned into butter, the frog jumped out

of the milk can and jumped over to his girlfriends and

LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER.
