GOD HAS BIG WINDOWS...
IN ONE DAY... ACCEPT NOTHING LESS...

Job 14:1 Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.
2 He cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down: he fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not.

till my change come.
I. YOU MAKE THE CHOICE BY YOUR WORDS, CHOICES AND THE FRIENDS
YOU KEEP...
Job 42:10 And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD
gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Job 42:16 After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons,
even four generations.
A. God has a plan...
We can live in one of 3 places...
1. Out of the will of God
2. In the center of God's perfect will
3. In the PERMISSIVE WILL of God,
4. Out of the will of God
B. You are not an ACCIDENT.
The purpose of life and the twisted journey many take you farther and farther
from YOUR DREAM...
This piece of puzzle in your hand may not make sense today... WAIT... PATIENTLY WAIT.
C. This problem, this trial, this pain and hurt, this crushing is GOD TEACHING YOU FAITH
AND BLIND TRUST.
II. GOD IS NOT CAUGHT BY SURPRISE, GOD REQUIRED OUR ENEMY TO HAVE A WAY
OF ESCAPE IN HIS PLAN BEFORE HE CAN USE THIS TRAP...
GOD CAN CHANGE TIS TERRIBLE MESS OVER NIGHT...
IN ONE DAY...
A. Wow, Moses you have made a terrible mess things...
WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE BACKSIDE OF THE DESERT?
Exodus 3:4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the
midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon
thou standest is holy ground.
B. WE SEE MOSES LIFE IN 3 40 YEAR CYCLES...
1. First 40 years: MOSES IS HOT STUFF living in please and luxury.
2. Second 40 years: MOSES' CONDITIONS ARE DEPRESSING AND BAD...
3. THIRD 40 YEARS: MOSES LEARNED TO TRUST GOD COMPLETELY...
MOSES LEARNED GOD WAS EVERYTHING...
III. BLESSINGS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC... SOMETHINGS A BATTLE IS REQUIRED...
LIFE DOES NOT ALWAYS MAKE SENSE TODAY...
THE QUESTION WE MUST ANSWER: IS GOD AWARE OF MY PLOT?
DO I REALLY TRUST GOD? WILL I FIGHT FOR MY BLESSING...
A. JACOB HAD A DYSFUNCTION FAMILY... His mom and dad fought and fussed, lied and
deceived each other.
B. Jacob and Esau fought in the womb.
C. Neither Jacob nor Esau would accept that their attitude was wrong.
Genesis 32:24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.
25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow
of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.
26 And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.
27 And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.
28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with
God and with men, and hast prevailed.
IV. A NEGATIVE MOUTH NEGATES THE WORD OF GOD...
PROPHETIC MESSAGE BECOMES TRUE...
ONE DAY WITH GOD AT THE BURNING BUSH...
ONE NIGHT WITH GOD AT THE STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN...
FOREVER CHANGED... WANT TO TALK ABOUT A MESS?
A. The King was evil.
B. The King hated the message and the messenger...
SEEMS EVEY ONE HATED EVERY ONE ELSE...
C. The nation is at war... ever heard WAR IS HELL...
D. THE TIMES ARE SO BAD:
1. A DONKEY'S HEAD SOLD FOR 80 PIECES OF SILVER...
30 pieces of silver was enough to buy land...
2. A cup of dove's dung sold for 5 shekels... $12.00...
3. Two young mothers made a deal will cook your baby and eat it,
Then will eat my baby...
E. THE KING IS SO ANGRY AND HE BLAMES PREACHER ELISHA FOR THIS MESS...
F. GOD DID NOT CAUSE THIS MESS...
BUT GOD WILL TAKE THIS DISASTER AND SHOW HIS STUFF...
G. TRUST GOD? HEAR ME TRUST GOD...
THE MESSAGE IS CLEAR: TRUST GOD... TOMORROW THERE WILL BE A DIVINE
INTERVENTION...
2 Kings 7:1 Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the LORD, To morrow
about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for
a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.
H. THE NEGATIVE CROWD PREDICTS THE TRUTH FOR THEM...
2 Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the LORD
would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine
eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.
K. IF THERE WERE WINDOWS IN HEAVEN... THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN...
WE WILL SETTLE FOR LESS? YOU WILL NOT SEE...
2 Kings 7:19 And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make
windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but
shalt not eat thereof.
V. DID YOU KNOW THERE IS TOTAL VICTORY?
IF YOU TRUST GOD... GOD CAN OPEN THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN...
A. ONE MAN DIED HUNGRY, THOUSANDS LIVED FULL...
B. HOW ABOUT YOU? DO YOU HAVE TOTAL VICTORY...
OR ARE YOU FOOT DUST?
2 Kings 7:16 And the people went out, and spoiled the tents of the Syrians. So a measure of fine flour
was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, according to the word of the LORD.
17 And the king appointed the lord on whose hand he leaned to have the charge of the gate: and the
people trode upon him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God had said, who spake when the
king came down to him.
18 And it came to pass as the man of God had spoken to the king, saying, Two measures of barley
for a shekel, and a measure of fine flour for a shekel, shall be to morrow about this time in the gate
of Samaria:
19 And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make
windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes,
but shalt not eat thereof.
20 And so it fell out unto him: for the people trode upon him in the gate, and he died.
VI. THERE IS MUCH DISCUSSION ABOUT THE BATTLE...
CAN I TELL YOU TOTAL VICTORY IS POSSIBLE IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT
ALLY... WHO IS ON YOUR SIDE... GOD HAS SOME MIGHTY BIG WINDOWS...
Deuteronomy 20:1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and
chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee,
which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and
prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and
pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
VII. GOD HAS SOME MIGHTY BIG WINDOWS...
GOD CAN POUR OUT BLESSINGS UPON BLESSINGS...
Romans 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he
maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the
called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor
things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God,
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
CONCLUSION; Are we living beneath our privileges? Does God have greater plan than we have?
Are we willing to trust the unseen hands of a mighty Savior?
