#7~ Rev.20:11-15 WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT OF THE LOST 8-3-13
Today we'll continue with our study of "THINGS THAT ARE STILL TO COME".
No one can say what the day by day activities will be, all sort of different things happen, when we watch the news on T V each day there'll usually be some kind of terrible event that happened or is still happening, so no one can know what each day will bring as for as worldly events are concerned.
~But what we find in Gods Word to do with coming Prophetic events we can rest assured these will come to pass when its Gods set time to do so.
~ SO FAR WE'VE MENTIONED BRIEFLY WHAT WE BELIEVE THE ORDER OF THESE COMING PROPHETIC EVENTS WILL BE.
#1- is the rapture of the True Church, this is next on Gods Prophetic calendar, and it can happen at any time.

#2- will be the Judgment seat of Christ, here is where all that were raptured are judged and rewarded for their stewardship, that is, what we have done for Christ after we were saved; this takes place while we are in the air with the Lord, while the 7 year Tribulation is under way back down on earth.

#3- the 3rd broadcast we summarized the book of Rev.

#4- we pointed out the Ezek. 38: & 39: battle takes places at the middle of the 7 year tribulation, there God alone destroys 5/6 of that coalition headed by Russia, its all Gods doing, no earthly armies are involved in their destruction.

#5 ~ the 2nd coming of Christ to the earth is near the end of the Tribulation, He will destroy the armies of the world, better known as Armageddon.

#6 ~ Judgment of the nations ~ this is to determine who would enter the Kingdom ~ Matt. 25: 31-46 ~ this judgment is after Armageddon but before the Kingdom begins, there will be multitudes of people that will live through the Tribulation, some of these will be saved, the people that never heard the truth before the rapture, they'll hear and believe the preaching of the 144000 true Jehovah witnesses that we read about in Rev.7:, their message will be the gospel of the Kingdom, today we preach the gospel of GRACE.

#7~ The White Throne judgment of the lost. Rev.20: 11-15

Rev.20:11-15
~At this judgment there are no saved people at all, these are all lost, and they are all without hope.
* LISTEN as I read verses 11- 15.
11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
This Throne is WHITE; its verdicts that proceed from it are pure, holy, and righteous.
>Ps.97:2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
~The Lord Jesus Christ is the One who sits on the throne.
>John 5: 22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
>2nd tim. 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; --

~ It is called GREAT because of the vastness of the size, it will be the greatest in number ever to be judged of all the judgments; it will include all lost sinners from Cain to the end of the Millennium.

~~ from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
~ This judgment takes place out in the vastness of space- from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away--
~Can you imagine all the lost sinners standing before this GREAT WHITE THRONE? -- realizing that there is no hope, there is no escape, and there is no mercy, there is no place to hide, it says "the earth and the heaven fled away--and there was found no place for them."

~I personally believe that as the Great White Throne Judgment of the lost is under way that this is when this world will be being destroyed with fire and fervent heat, why would it be any other time?

~LISTEN as I read from 2nd. Peter 3:1-13
2 Peter 3: 1-13 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: 2That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
3Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
~5For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
~Listen "the day of judgment and perdition * (destruction) of ungodly men" we read here "the day" of judgment and perdition of ungodly men, it is evident to me that this is speaking of "the white throne judgment" because this is the day their reckoned with and cast into the lake of fire. -- Let's read on in verse 8-
8But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
~ In other words, He's only been gone a couple of days, He don't reckon time as we do.
9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. ~ He has made a way for one and all not to perish, but its sad to say as we all know, there's more going to hell than to heaven, but He don't will that people go there, God didn't create man to be like robots, God gave us the ability to choose.
>10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; * (when no one expects Him)
LISTEN-- in the which the heavens (the two atmospheric heavens, where the birds fly and where the planets are, not the 3rd heaven where God dwells) shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
~ As I was putting this together I read that some of the so called Bible scholars of today say this is symbolic, it is not symbolic-- the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. -- There's nothing there to symbolize, this will happen just exactly like it says. --- Gods word says something about these kind of people in;
> Romans 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, --

~ Fire is a cleansing agent, God will burn all traces of sin and sinners from the earth along with ever demonic creature there has ever been -- God purges the earth.
~This could very well be with the nuclear bombs that sinful man has invented, God don't have to use these bombs to destroy the world, but this may be the time that their all detonated, listen, their here for a purpose.
~~ 11Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
LISTEN-- 12Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. --- God then makes all things new, the new heaven and the new earth where there'll never be any sin or sinners again.

~LISTEN, God made this earth to be inhabited, He'll cleanse it in side and out, the foundations of this earth standeth sure.
> Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: -- and it is presently inhabited.
> Psalm 104: 5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. -- All things will be made new.

~While this world is being destroyed I believe the white throne judgment is under way at the same time.

~ LISTEN- I want to point out that at this judgment there will be no mercy, back in chapter 4: of the Revelation we're told about the Lord sitting on His Majestic Throne as the raptured Church is before Him, this is a Throne of mercy.

>Rev.4:1-3 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
2And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: (Jasper is of various brilliant colors, and sardine is a red color.) and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. -- the rainbow is green.

~ LISTEN- The rainbow speaks of mercy, God promised Noah that He would never destroy the earth again with a flood; He put a RAINBOW in the sky as a token of this mercy. --
>Genesis 9: 8-13 And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying,
9And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
10And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth. 11And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
12And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: * (unending)
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

~And notice in the latter part of Verse 3 in Rev.4:- that we the saints will witness -- and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
~ Listen the color EMERALD is green, the color green speaks of eternal life, think of the ever green tree, it is green the year around.
* But we see no rainbow of mercy around the GREAT WHITE THRONE, because there will be no mercy.

~Verse 11 again - 11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
~ Their standing before God the Son, their held there in outer space by the power of God.
~ All the dead from Presidents, Kings, Queens to paupers will be there, their judged by what is found in the record books, and according to their wicked deeds will determine their punishment, there will be good people there, ** I'm talking about they lived good and moral lives before they died, these will receive their just punishment, remember all that are at this judgment are lost sinners, and the reason their lost sinners is because they never were born again.
~There may even be a record there of the things they did that was good and honest, but they died lost, never saved, they never called on God to save them.

13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
~ Death speaks of the grave, there is where the dead body lays, hell is the place where the lost souls are being kept waiting for this judgment. -- The grave will give up the body, and hell will give up the lost soul, they'll be united once again for this judgment.
LISTEN- this will be the most grotesque sight that can be imagined, listen, these lost sinners will not be given glorified bodies to go to the lake of fire in, think about it.
~ what ever the condition the body was in at death will be the same that will raised, think of the people that died of diseased bodies, think of the people that were mangled in car wreaks or blown to bits in any number of ways.
~ Lost sinners that may have died at sea in any number of ways, be it from war or storm, tsunamis, are what ever, will be brought to stand before this judgment of the lost, what ever condition their remains might be in, is no problem for God, they'll come forth.
~ We that are saved will receive glorified bodies, never to die again, never to be sick again.
>1st John 3: 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
~LISTEN, ever person that is born into this world has their name in the book of life at birth, listen, and if the person dies in his or her sins their name is blotted out of the book of life, if a person is born again during their life time their name remains in the book of life.
~Names are not being written in A book of life when some one is saved, the names are already there, if they die lost that name is blotted out, if their saved their name remains.

~Moses said in;
Exodus 32: 32-33 (Moses talking to God said) -- Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; (Israel's) and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast ** written.
33And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
~ So the book of life is eternal, lost sinners that die lost, their name is blotted out.
