SCRIPTURE: Mark 4:21-25, Jesus asked them,
“Would anyone LIGHT a lamp & then put it under a basket or under a bed to shut out the light? Of course not! A lamp is placed on a stand, where its LIGHT will SHINE. Everything that is now HIDDEN or SECRET will eventually be brought to LIGHT. Anyone who is WILLING to HEAR should LISTEN & UNDERSTAND! And be sure to PAY ATTENTION to what you HEAR. The more you do this, the MORE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND -- and EVEN MORE, besides. To those who are OPEN to MY TEACHING, MORE UNDERSTANDING will be GIVEN. But to those who are not listening, even what they have will be taken away from them.”
There is a GREAT PURPOSE why we are here in this world.
We have a SUPERNATURAL MISSION to accomplish.
Most of us had a question like these: Why am I here? Why do I need to experience all these TRIALS, PERSECUTIONS, CHALLENGES, etc…
The Creator of the entire LIMITLESS UNIVERSE created you in this world for His very OWN PURPOSE!
Let’s find out!

ü We need to understand the PERSPECTIVE of God’s VIEW so that we can grasp the FULLNESS of His PLAN.
“Can two WALK TOGETHER, except they be AGREED?” (Amos 3:3, KJV)
-----Are we walking in AGREEMENT w/ God?
-----So first, we really need understand the FULLNESS of God’s perspective VIEW.
Why did God created HUMAN, in the first place?
Let’s start from the BEGINNING. The Universe & the Angels existed long before God created us HUMAN. Genesis 1:1
The KINGDOM of God was Administered by the Arch Angel Lucifer (It was in PERFECT ORDER, until in him that iniquity was found). Ezekiel 28:12-15. Lucifer allowed thoughts of JEALOUSY, envy, GREED, resentment and REBELLION. These NEGATIVE THOUGHTS occupied his heart and MIND! His MIND became PERVERTED and TWISTED. Lucifer made a DECISION to REBEL! Lucifer decided to REVOLT! UNTIL LUCIFER REBELLED, so God casted Him out of His POSITION and was TRANSFORMED into a DRAGON, w/c is Satan. Satan became an author of DARKNESS, DESTRUCTION, CHAOS, CONFUSION, etc… Genesis 1:2
Ø Lucifer, who is now called Satan, the devil, uses his TWISTED MIND to DECEIVE HUMANITY, until NOW! The devil plants NEGATIVE thoughts, NEGATIVE feelings, NEGATIVE emotions, NEGATIVE attitudes and NEGATIVE words, WORLDLY desires and SELFISH ambition that causes GREED, PRIDE, FEAR, JEALOUSY, RESENTMENT, ANGER, UNFORGIVENESS, etc… It will create, misunderstanding, disunity, COMPETITION, COMPARISON and DIVISION! Satan is the “Father of Lies and CONFUSION”!
In Verse 22, “Everything that is now HIDDEN or SECRET will eventually be brought to LIGHT.”
When God said, “Let there be LIGHT: and there was LIGHT.” Genesis 1:3 (The VISION became CLEAR.)
I. VISION: - “SIGHT is a function of the EYES, but VISION is a function of the HEART.”
In Isaiah 14:13-14; For thou hast SAID in thine HEART, “I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”
It was a SELF-CENTERED VISION!!!
This is the very reason why God created HUMAN in His OWN IMAGE to DEVELOP the CHRIST-LIKE character(SUBMISSION, HUMILITY, OBEDIENCE, WILLINGNESS).
God wants us to TRUST & OBEY Him with all our HEART.
God desires to put His VISION in our Heart.
Ephesians 1:9-10, “God’s SECRET PLAN has now been revealed to us; it is a PLAN CENTERED on Christ, DESIGNED LONG AGO according to His good pleasure. And this is His PLAN: At the RIGHT TIME He will bring EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNDER the AUTHORITY of Christ -- everything in heaven and on earth.”
ü We who belong to Christ shall RESTORE the KINGDOM of God (GOV’T) in PROPER ORDER.
ü God CHOSE us to EXERCISE God’s LAW and WAY of HOLINESS or RIGHTEOUSNESS not only in the CHURCH, but also in the SECULAR WORLD.
“We need to be BORN AGAIN so that we will see the KINGDOM of God”
ü How? The best example is in Isaiah 6. (Isaiah SAW the GLORY of the Lord SEATED on a THRONE when King Uzziah died [2 Chronicles 26].)
ü In Mark 8:22-25, Jesus RETOUCHED the Eyes of a BLIND. Then, His VISION became CLEAR!
ü We need a RETOUCH from the Lord to OPEN our “Eyes of Faith”.
ü When King Zedekiah REFUSED to OBEY and SUBMIT to God’s WAY, God used the Great King of Babylon.
“God is looking for someone who is WILLING to WALK with Him by FAITH not by SIGHT.”
The Classic Example is Abraham. In Genesis 22:16-18.
And said, “By MYSELF have I SWORN,” saith the LORD, “For because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I WILL MULTIPLY THY SEED the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy SEED shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy SEED shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast OBEYED MY VOICE.”
In verse 23 & 24 “Anyone who is WILLING to HEAR should LISTEN & UNDERSTAND! And be sure to PAY ATTENTION to what you HEAR.
The FIRST INSTRUCTION that HUMAN heard was, in Genesis 1:28, God said unto them, “Be FRUITFUL, and MULTIPLY, and REPLENISH the earth, and SUBDUE [Conquer] it: and have DOMINION[Authority] over ALL CREATION.”
II.INSTRUCTION:
We are like SHEEP that always FOLLOW the PATH of the SHEPHERD’S DIRECTION. We follow the Shepherd’s GUIDANCE because He knows where the GREEN PASTURE is. Our SHEPHERD knows where the DEVOURER/DESTROYER HIDES.
Likewise, we are like SOLDIERS who need to OBEY INSTRUCTIONS. We need to know the PLAN of the CHIEF COMMANDER to keep us from DESTRUCTION. The CHIEF COMMANDER knows the SNARE, SCHEMES &STRATEGIES of the ENEMY.
Be a STRATEGIC SOLDIER (A GOOD FIGHTER.)
“It is better to be SMART than just to be STRONG”
“We need to EXAMINE EVERY MOVE of the Opponent and EVERY MOVE you make.
We need to examine the WEAKNESS of the ENEMY. The BIBLE exposes the WEAKNESSES of the ENEMY”
The INSTRUCTION of Jesus to His Disciples before He ascended to the RIGHT HAND of God was, In Luke 24:49,
“I am going to send you what my Father has PROMISED; but STAY in the city until you have been CLOTHED with POWER from ON HIGH.” Using NIV
The Holy Spirit was given to SECURE ALL the PROMISES of God!
(The Holy Spirit is a TRANSMITTER! A Signal! Especially in PRAYER.)

v To GUIDE us in EVERY DECISIONS we make!
v To LEAD us into ALL TRUTH!
v To SHOW things to come. To REVEAL the FUTURE.
v To TEACH us ALL THINGS.
“God wants to BLESS those who have DEPENDENT ATTITUDE towards Him.
Those who acknowledge that they are NOTHING w/o God. Those who RELY in the Word of God.”
Since we are living in a NOISY & BUSY World.
a. Blessed are those who ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS. Why?
They will begin to HEAR the VOICE of GOD.
DISTRACTIONS are caused by UNCLEAN or EVIL spirits such as,
ü Pride
ü Fear
ü Jealousy
ü Resentment/Hatred
ü Bitterness
ü Un forgiveness, etc…
ü Also: ‘WORLDY ambitions/SELFISH Desires & Pastimes’ that hinders our time in serving the Lord.
In verse 24-25, “The more you do this, the MORE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND -- and EVEN MORE, besides.To those whoare OPEN to MY TEACHING, MORE UNDERSTANDING will be GIVEN.
III. ENDURING LOVE:
ü No GUTS, no GLORY… No PAIN, no GAIN
In Daniel 12:10,13:
11: “Many will be PURIFIED, CLEANSED, & REFINED by these TRIALS. But the WICKED will CONTINUE in their WICKEDNESS, and none of them will understand. Only those who are WISE will know what it MEANS.
13: "As for you, GO YOUR WAY UNTIL THE END. You will REST, and then AT THE END OF DAYS, you will RISE AGAIN to receive the INHERITANCE set aside for you. (Matthew 25:34)"
“But too much PAIN, no GAIN [Development, Progress]. We need to EXAMINE ourselves. May be there’s something WRONG. We need to ELIMINATE something and CHANGE our ROUTINE.”
No. 1 to ELIMINATE is our SINS. Like Isaiah.
“Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, & I live among a people of unclean lips, &my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.” Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, w/c he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your GUILT is TAKEN AWAY & your SIN ATONED [Purged, Cleansed] for.” Isaiah 6:5-7, NIV.
ü Isaiah acknowledged that he is a SINNER the moment he saw the Glory of the KING SEED upon a THRONE.
ü When his GUILT was TAKEN AWAY, Isaiah began to HEAR the VOICE of God. Then, he VOLUNTEERED!
In Vs. 8, Then I HEARD the VOICE of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
IV. WITNESS:
In Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach GOOD TIDINGS [Good News] unto the MEEK [Suffering, Oppressed]; he hath sent me to BIND UP [Restoration, Inspiration Comfort, Encouragement] the BROKENHEARTED, to proclaim LIBERTY [Freedom] to the captives , and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;”
“A TRUE CHRISTIAN: He is a DOER of the WORD”
ü We are a REPRESENTATIVE/AMBASSADOR/SPOKESMAN of Jesus.
ü We as Christians are the LIGHT of the WORLD.
ü A ROLE MODEL in every aspect of your lives. The way you LIVE & THINK.
ü OBEY every RULES & REGULATIONS (School, Government, Workplace, etc…) we are carrying the NAME of Jesus CHRIST.
“We should be a WITNESS of GOD’S GRACE and the
SALVATION w/c is ONLY available through Faith in the Son of God.”
SALVATION is WHOLE PACKAGE of God’s RICHES At Christ Expense. Jesus PAID in FULL.
It means, we are Saved/Delivered from TORMENTING demons, Healed, Fixed, Whole, Abundant, Prosperous, etc…
Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL of Christ: for it is the POWER of God unto SALVATION to everyone that BELIEVETH; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
DELIVERANCE, FREEDOM, PEACE, PROSPERITY, etc…
CONCLUSION:
God REVEALED Himself through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the WORD. The WORD is LIGHT.
This LIGHT makes our VISION become CRYSTAL CLEAR.
Jesus Christ FULFILLED the “SEED” which was mentioned to Eve (Genesis 3:15), Abraham (Galatians 3:16)and David (2 Samuel 7: 12-13, Psalm 89:4).
God gave us the AUTHORITY to ACCOMPLISH His PLAN from the FOUNDATION of the World.
Our SUPERNATURAL MISSION is to achieve CHRIST-LIKENESS and to RESTORE the PROMISED KINGDOM of David in Jerusalem. This will be ACCOMPLISHED when we MULTIPLY and PUT ALL THINGS UNDER the AUTHORITY of CHRIST by PROCLAIMING the Gospel of Christ. So that we can have DOMINION over EVIL POWERS, PRINCIPALITIES and KINGDOMS of DARKNESS. And of course, to POSITION Satan UNDER our FEET for all ETERNITY. Amen!!!
