WHY THE MESS WE HAVE IN OUR COUNTRY? Job 8: 8-13 2-28-09
Today I want to bring us a few thoughts on what I believe are some of the reasons that we have such a financial crisis in our Country, and not only here in this Country, but around the world.
I don’t see how any logical thinking person can deny that something is drastically wrong, the only way any one could possible not realize it, is that they would have to live away back in the jungles some where or another and never have had a monetary system, and be acquainted with the better things of life.
We see these people on some of these documentaries on T.V. from time to time, their running around naked with a bone in their nose and live in huts, some are even still cannibals.
These people don’t realize there is a civilized world out there because that’s the only way of life they’ve ever known, they have never had a need for money, they allow their daughters to be married for the price of a couple of pigs and things of this nature. And so these people don’t have a clue about what goes on out side their world.

Job 8: 8-13 For enquire, I pray thee, of the former age, and prepare thyself to the search of their fathers:
9(For we are but of yesterday, and know nothing, because our days upon earth are a shadow:)
10 Shall not they teach thee, and tell thee, and utter words out of their heart?
11 Can the rush grow up without mire? can the flag grow without water?
12 Whilst it is yet in his greenness, and not cut down, it withereth before any other herb.
13 So are the paths of all that forget God; **
I’m afraid that this is the # 1 cause of problems that we face here in our nation.
We can ask people what they think about God and you’ll hear many different comments and answers.
In other places around the world the people there proclaim other so called gods, and their daily way of life is fear, torture, beheading others that don’t believe the way they do, and so they think killing all others is what they ought to do.
The Islamics have practically taken England over because the citizens of that country have stood idly by and allowed it, and now they have a generation of English people, that have been brought up in such an atmosphere that they think this is the way it ought to be, and it’s swiftly becoming that way here in our nation, a big number of the generation of my time was never taken to Church, and so now their children are coming on the scene and are not taken to Church either and see nothing wrong in it.
Now days there’s all kind of perversions of the Bible and many of these same people see nothing wrong with changing Gods Word. But you can rest assured that God sees it for the wretched sin that it is.
Jesus said in:
Mark 13: 31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
And let me say that at one time every man on earth knew about the One True God, it was handed down from Adams family, there would have been no way that Adam could have rejected Jehovah God for some man made god simple because there were no other people to lead Adam astray, but today there are all kinds of gods that man has conjured up in his mind, these people fix a god in their mind to suit their way of doing things.
People grow into their walks and ways of life without even realizing what is taking place, people have grown complacent **{satisfied} in their traditions that their accustom to.
You know, I can remember and I’m sure that many of you can to, that there was not any grocery stores or Wal-Marts open on the Lords Day, Sunday, but with the passing of a few years all the stores are wide open now-a days. People have grown into these things so gradually that they never realized it even took place.
You see, now folks don’t think twice about shopping on Sunday, now don’t miss understand what I’m saying, I’m not trying to put us under the O.T. law, but what I’m saying is, that it seems today that many things that not to long ago people just wouldn’t do, although they knew they weren’t under the law, they still felt as though it was showing disrespect to God, to His Day.
What all of that tells us is that “man” has gone away from God.
Now- a day the Devil has cunningly slipped into people’s hands these perversions of Gods Word, and it has taken place so subtly that it’s gone unnoticed.
Paul said in
2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition—
Paul was writing the Thessalonians to inform them that Christ had not already come, there had been people that had written them letters to that end and was pretending to be Paul, he told them that there would be a falling away first, that is, from the truths of Gods Word , and then the Antichrist would be revealed, and of coarse the rapture of the True Church takes place before the Antichrist comes on the scene.
Well there is not any doubt what so ever that the falling away is here, and it’s been here for some time, but even more so with each passing day.
There have been people, just here recently that have lost their life’s savings because of the stock market falling and because of these crooks that are over some of these big financial establishments.
Even right here in our own city of Easley S.C. people lost all there savings through the then called’ “Carolina Investors” it seems we can’t put confidence in any investment any more.
This shows to us that there are many crooked and wicked people involved with these financial places of businesses with us today.
But again, the primary reason is because, in these last days that “man” has gone away from God and His ways. And you know what? It’s supposed to be this way in the last days.
And now our Government is bringing about a so called stimulus package that many Politicians say will drive the economy into even a more financial disaster before it’s over, that what the Obama Administration has done will leave a Hugh financial burden on many generations to come.
Ø And while I’ve brought up this new Administration, let me point out a few things that the Bible says about “The Great Political leader” that’s to come on the scene.
But before I do, let me say that I am not say that Obama is this man. But here is food for thought:
•• He will be a convincing orator (Rev. 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things --
He will come to power promising change (Dan, 7:25 And he shall speak great words --and think to change times and laws:
•• All governments will willingly make him a world ruler
(Rev. 13:4-5 4 --and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him--
• A great world spiritual leader, the “False Prophet” will demand that all the world worship the Great Political leader
- (Rev, 13:12 --and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast,--
He will guarantee the right of Israel to the land for a period of seven years, {the tribulation period} (Dan. 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,--
He will stand in the Temple in Jerusalem at that time and present him self to all the world that he is god.
2 Thess. 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
He will have control of all the money and banking of the world.
(Dan. 11:43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver--
Everyone In the world will have assigned code marking or an assigned number to work, buy, or sell (Rev. 13:16-17 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Anyone who opposes the Antichrist will be beheaded.
(Rev. 20:4 --and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded—

Well it seems to me that the groundwork for all this to take place, and is in the making at this very time that we’re living in.
You hear me say it many times that God has a great plan, and he put people in office that He knows will direct these things to come to pass.
Daniel 2: 21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings:

CNBC’s Haines said while interviewing Kissinger:

Kissinger goes on to say;
“There is a need for a new world order,” Kissinger told PBS interviewer Charlie Rose last year. “I think that at the end of this administration, {bush} with all its turmoil, and at the beginning of the next, we might actually witness the creation of a new order—because people looking in the abyss, even in the Islamic world, have to conclude that at some point, ordered expectations must return under a different system.”...

President Bush said this:
“A new partnership of nations has begun, and we stand to-day at a unique and extraordinary moment,” said Bush before a joint session of Congress. “Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective—a new world order—can emerge: A new era. -- in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.”

The phrase “new world order” causes alarm for many Americans, particularly these concerned about an international governing body trumping U.S. sovereignty, and those that interpret biblical prophecy of a one-world government is key to the rise of the Antichrist.

Do you suppose God is withdrawing His Hand of blessing from our nation? He will not bless a nation that murders babies by the thousands every year under the guise of “freedom of choice”
How can He bless any nation that has accepted these people into the country that worship these pagan gods?
You may say, well, we’re a country where there is freedom to worship any way people so desire, and that is true, but God will not bless that country, or people that do not worship Him.
Freedom to worship The True and living God is not the same as worshipping false gods.
--Let us not forget that there is only One God.
Isaiah 44 6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
Isaiah 45:5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me:
Isaiah 45: 20-and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. 22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
I personally believe it’s to late for this Nation; we’re now beginning to reap what we’ve sowed.
Psalm 9: 17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
Psalm 50:22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
Don’t we wish that the Lord was the God of America?
