The Power Excellent Action in Life and Leaderdhip can never be overestimated.

People don’t just prefer people. Daniel proved himself more capable than others in Babylon.

The Spirit of Excellence was upon Daniel and because of this he proved himself beyond reasonable doubt.

As children of God, we must be among the people that stand out among the multitude because we have the Excellent Spirit within us.

CHARACTERISTICS OF EXCELLENT SPIRIT

1. FAULTLESS

God wants us to live our lives faultless. The Spirit of Excellence is a Faultless Spirit.

2. PROGRESSIVE

Excellence is not static, it looks beyond today and it continues  (Daniel 1:21).

We don’t just stumble on Excellence, it does not happen by accident neither do you get it by wishes, if you don’t back it up with required action you won’t be Excellent in life and leadership.

Everywhere we are is a platform to serve God ( See 1Thessalonians  5:19). God has put an Excellent Spirit in us, it is our responsibility to make this to begin to manifest.

Don’t place limitations on yourself.

Excellent life is nothing else than the accumulation of the Excellent things you have done.

Excellence is a standard, playing down on Excellence is playing down on whom God has called us to be.

Excellence is not an accident, it is a result of high intentions,intelligent directions, skillfull executions and the ability to see obstacles as stepping stones.

You cannot substitute the place of working hard for the place of prayer.

CHARACTERISTICS OF EXCELLENT ACTION

1. ABOVE AVERAGE ACTION

Don’t place yourself below average. There is something greater in you that should not be lying fallow. (Proverbs 22:29).

Average people may be getting late to work but Excellent People get to work earlier.

2. CONTINUOUS ACTION

 Your Actions should not be momentarily but it must become an habit. Galatians 6:9 we not be weary in doing good.

3. TIMELY ACTION

An Action that is performed timely will bring the desired results.

4. INTELLIGENT AND INDUSTRIOUS ACTION

  Intelligent action means mental dedication. We must do everything God calls to do with Supernatural intelligence. Also, Industrious action means our work must be characterised with hardworking and perseverance (1kings 11:28).

5. OPTIMUM ACTION

Optimum Action is the highest level of one’s performance (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

6. NOBLE ACTION

In developing excellent action in life and leadership, our actions must be noble so that it can’t be faultless

(See Philippians 4:8).

Above all, excellent action is the best way to show Jesus to the sinful world. When our actions are excellent, God is Glorified.
