Summary: Jesus is never late. He makes all things beautiful in His time. When it is someone's set time, at the very contact with Jesus, there will surely be a turn around testimonies that will leave a mark in the life of that believer. Surely, Jesus is the Lord of all.

Psalm 102:3-5:

3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned like a hearth. 4 My heart is stricken and withered like grass, so that I forget to eat my bread. 5 Because of the sound of my groaning my bones cling to my skin.

Then verses Psalms 102:13-17 suddenly brings succor and comfort:

13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, has come. 14 For Your servants take pleasure in her stones, and show favor to her dust. 15 So the nations shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth Your glory. 16 For the LORD shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.

17 He shall regard the prayer of the destitute, and shall not despise their prayer.

The Bible is full of timely interventions in the lives of God's people.

Brethren, the Bible says in

Psalms 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

The mercies of the Lord will always overcome the judgement of the enemy.

Psalms 102:13 says Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

1. Now what is MERCY? Mercy simply talks about forgiveness, it talks about forgetting all wrong doings.

Bible says in Romans 9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

Our God is a merciful God for as long as we dont continue in sin hoping that grace will abound.

Romans 8:1 says There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2. What is Favour?

Favour talks about being treated preferentially above all others, irrespective of circumstances and situations.

When the set time of a child of God comes, nothing can stop him or her. The Bible is full of so many examples:

When Saul set time came in Acts 26 from Verse 15, it came with Salvation, a new heart and baptism.
