Love Or Hate?

I. Today's message will be one talking about Love or Hate.

a. By the end of the message you will have been done reflected on love and also hate.

b. Theses two small words actually go hand and hand in today's society.

c. You can love some people and hate others, but is that what God would have us to do?

II. Lets look at the difference between love and hate

a. When you love someone you will do anything for them. When you love someone they can do you wrong and you still love them. Also, when you love someone you will defend them to no end.

b. When you hate someone you do the total opposite of the things that we just discussed in point (a). When you hate someone you may even be found going out of your way to harm the person that you hate.

c. When God created you and I he did not create us to hate one another, God created us to love one another. It is Satan that wants us to hate one another, instead of love one another.

III. Are you focusing on Heaven?

a. When we get to heaven we will be there with all kinds of people, just not the people we like, and not just the people of our race.

b. When we all get to heaven God wants all of us to love one another not hate one another. Heaven is a place of love not hate.

c. Wouldn't it be a shame to miss out on your masion in heaven because you did not ask God for forgiveness for hating people, and asking God to give you a heart for loving instead of hating?
