Subtitle
Losing Our Strength
Genesis 49:22-26
22 Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:
23 The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob;
25 Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:
26 The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

“Losing Our Strength”
What we need to realize in the church today is if we lose our arms then we will lose our strength.
Christians are losing their arms because they are not using them the way they should.
Ho 7:15 Though I have bound and strengthened their arms, yet do they imagine mischief against me.
God is the One who is able to srengthen our arms if we will let Him.
In our opening Scripture, Joseph is a type of Christ, Joseph is portrayed as Christ in His millennial blessings.
Genesis 49:23
23 The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
This is speaking of what Israel did to Christ, but it could also be talking about what Joseph’s brothers did to him.
Joseph was thrown into a pit where there was no water and then he was sold into Egyptian slavery by his brothers.
Genesis 49:24
24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob;
Joseph knew that no matter what, God was his strength and he was not going to let go, no matter what the opposition.
Joseph was made strong by the mighty hands of God almighty.
This Scripture also potrays Christ and how God gave Him the strength that He needed.
Verse 24 also says: (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
Christ here is referred by two names “Shephard and the Stone of Israel”
Genesis 49:25-26
25 Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:
26 The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.
God rose up Joseph for such a time as this.
Es 4:14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Dream 7-9-09
I dreamed that I was dreaming. In the dream, I dreamed a couple was in a wreck and they had lost their arms. In the dream I woke up, and I was talking to this couple. The woman was upset because they were in a wreck and lost their arms. I knew that they would get disability, but I also knew that God could restore their arms. I knew that God could do a miracle.
Interpretation
Dream in a dream is a double dream- God is establishing something.
The couple was in a wreck and lost their arms.
Arms means power or strength
In the dream I knew that God could restore their arms.
Maybe today you have lost your power and strength.
What you need to do is start using what you have not been using, your arms to lift up and praise the Lord.
Heb 12:12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
Exodus 6:5-8
5 And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.
6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
