2. Worshipping false gods (Dan 3 -- golden image or blazing furnace)

- studies, money, possessions, IT, 5Cs, friends, safety/security/comfort, families

- Love God with your all (heart, soul, strength, mind)

- Lk 10:27

3. Compromising our spiritual habits (Dan 6 -- pray to king or lions’ den)

- Dan 6:10, 22, 23

- Devotion, reading God’s word, prayer, 5 purposes

- Cultivate a close relationship with God

- Phil 4:6, 7

Application

- Live a life that is holy & pleasing to God (not participate in unholy practices)

- Love God with your all (not worship false gods)

- Cultivate a close relationship with God (not compromise spiritual habits)
