Let Your Light Shine

16) So many of us are scared to use the light that is inside

We have allowed Satan to trick us into believing that we are not good enough to spread the word of God

One of his best tactics is, he will convince you that you do not know enough about the Bible

We are not smart enough, we are not elegant enough when we speak

God doesn’t care about any of that, he simply wants us to tell other people about him

Spread the word, sling the seed, scream from the roof tops

Truth be told, people need to see our light from far away

We honestly need to be like a light house, light so bright that it can be seen from a long distance

The official range is 24 nautical miles (6,080 feet)

Tell me that isn’t a bright light

That is exactly how we need to be

Light so bright, they have to squint their eyes when you enter the room

We need to let the light lead us at all times

Never walk out of the light but always walk in the light

Light always sets free what the darkness has imprisoned

Light will expose darkness every single time

The darker the room, the more the light will expose

We tend to hide in darkness b/c we are hiding something or ashamed of something

Let me tell you, if this is you today, get rid of whatever that may be

It is honestly very simple, take it to God and ask for help

Don’t let something hinder your light

Don’t let Satan blow it out, I’m going to let it shine

Don’t ever hide it under a vessel, or under your bed

If your light costs you your job, God has another one lined up for you

If your light costs you a friendship, it wasn’t a friendship to begin with

If it costs you money, God will give it right back to you

I am not asking you to trust me on this, I am telling you to trust God on this

Put your faith in him, not this world

Let God be God - he wants to carry your burdens, he wants to spend time with you, he wants you

17) Anything hidden in your life? It will be eventually be revealed

You can’t hide it, you can’t conceal it

It will be found out

It will be brought out into the open

It is just like a lie

You can hide it for so long, but eventually, it will be exposed

18) Listen carefully

Be careful how you listen and who you listen to

Satan quoted scripture to Jesus

The scribes tested Jesus and quoted scripture to him

Just saying, there are others than God who talks to us

We need to make sure we are listening to God’s voice

Not some counterfeit

Whoever does this properly, will be given more

The ones who don’t will not be given anything,

Matter of fact, whatever you think that you got will be taken from them

You either live in light or you live in darkness

Where are you sitting at today

Preach the word, sling the seed - Live for God and not yourself

We all have a moral compass

If you have to ask yourself is this the right thing to do, it is more than likely not the right thing to do

How do you determine who is talking to you

Improve your relationship with God

My wife is the closest person to me on this earth, I know her and she knows me

If I speak to her on the phone, w/o even seeing her face, I know that I am talking with her
