Summary: God does not start anything He does not finished. This in an adaption of a sermon I preached years ago entitled "Finished" (It's can also be located in Sermon Central".

It’s Finished

Romans 9:25-28

Intro.

Romans 9:28 “For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the

Lord make upon the earth.”

- God finishes what he starts

- He never starts anything that He does not finish.

- I do, I start projects all the time and don’t finish them right away.

— There’s a guitar on my workbench that needs to be fixed.

— I haven’t finished my ham radio set-up yet.

— My desk is buried under papers that need attention.

- I know I must be the only one who does this.

- Paul tells us in this passage that God fulfilled his promises to Israel.

God always finishes what He starts.
