Inequities Of Life, Certainty Of Death

Summary: THE REALITIES OF PHYSICAL DEATH
INEQUITIES OF LIFE, CERTAINTY OF DEATH
OBSERVATION: THE AUTHOR OF ECCLESIASTES, PROBABLY SOLOMON, REFLECTS ON THE FATE OF THE RIGHTEOUS AND THE UNRIGHTEOUS UPON PHYSICAL DEATH.
INTERPRETATION: ECCLESIASTES 9:2 (NKJV) ALL THINGS COME ALIKE TO ALL: ONE EVENT HAPPENS TO THE RIGHTEOUS AND THE WICKED; TO THE GOOD, THE CLEAN, AND THE UNCLEAN; TO HIM WHO SACRIFICES AND HIM WHO DOES NOT SACRIFICE. AS IS THE GOOD, SO IS THE SINNER; HE WHO TAKES AN OATH AS HE WHO FEARS AN OATH. ECCLESIASTES 9:2 (THE BOOK) THE SAME DESTINY ULTIMATELY AWAITS EVERYONE, WHETHER THEY ARE RIGHTEOUS OR IRRELIGIOUS. GOOD PEOPLE RECEIVE THE SAME TREATMENT AS SINNERS, AND PEOPLE WHO TAKE OATHS ARE TREATED LIKE THOSE THAT DO NOT.
MAN IS UNDER THE DETERMINATION AND PROVIDENCE OF GOD UPON PHYSICAL DEATH.
ECCLESIASTES 7:15 (NKJV) I HAVE SEEN EVERYTHING IN MY DAYS OF VANITY: THERE IS A JUST MAN WHO PERISHES IN HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND THERE IS A WICKED MAN WHO PROLONGS LIFE IN HIS WICKEDNESS.
NEVER CONCLUDE THE RIGHTEOUS WILL ALWAYS ESCAPE ADVERSITY IN THIS LIFE. EVEN THOUGH THE RIGHTEOUS SOMETIMES DO NOT RECEIVE A REWARD IN THIS LIFE AND THE WICKED PROSPER, IT IS STILL BETTER TO LIVE RIGHTEOUSLY.
ECCLESIASTES 9:3 (NKJV) THIS IS AN EVIL IN ALL THAT IS DONE UNDER THE SUN: THAT ONE THING HAPPENS TO ALL. TRULY, THE HEARTS OF THE SONS OF MEN ARE FULL OF EVIL; MADNESS IS IN THEIR HEARTS WHILE THEY LIVE, AND AFTER THAT, THEY GO TO THE DEAD.
YOU MAY ENCOUNTER UNCERTAINTY IN LIFE BUT NEVER UNCERTAINTY OF DEATH. HEBREWS 9:27 (NKJV) AND AS IT IS APPOINTED FOR MEN TO DIE ONCE, BUT AFTER THIS THE JUDGMENT.
APPLICATION: THE INEQUITIES OF LIFE AND THE CERTAINTY DEATH SHOULD NOT DISCOURAGE A BELIEVER!
