The Savior (In the day of judgement the men of Nineveh and the Queen of the South will rise up and condemn this generation)

Men of Nineveh and the Queen will rise up in the judgement – People often question whether the people of Nineveh really were saved because 100 years later they turned evil again? They question whether Queen of the South was converted to put her trust in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But Jesus teaches that the Ninevites repented at the preaching of Jonah and the Queen put her trust in God because they are alive with Him at the judgement! Jesus tells us that God is not the God of the dead but the God of the living! 1 Corinthians 6:2 “Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?”

And if an evil people like the Ninevites can repent and be saved by the preaching of a broken prophet named Jonah - A greater than Jonah is Here! If a foreign Queen can receive a saving word a from flawed King like Solomon - A greater than Solomon is Here! Jesus is greater! Jesus says that the only sign I’ll give you is that just as Jonah was in the belly of the fish for 3 days and 3 nights so will the Son of Man be 3 days and 3 nights in the heart of the earth! Jesus died on Calvary’s Cross that we might live; He was buried that Death would be defeated; and He rose from the heart of the earth that we might have the victory over death and the grave! He is Greater!
