This message is meant to strengthen faith and inspire believers to trust God for the impossible.

Luke 18:27 – “The things which are impossible with men, are possible with God.”

The question that I have for you this morning is, have ever faced something that felt too big for you?

A problem that no money could buy, no doctor could heal, or no friend, or no counselor could fix?

That’s what I have decided to call a God-sized problem. I mean this is only a situation that only God can solve.

Let me be quick to say that a God-sized problem is not a sign that God has left you.

But instead, it’s a sign that He wants to show up, and show out in your life.

In other words. When we get to the end of our power, when we get to the end of ourselves, is when we find the beginning of God’s power.

The first thing that will help us understand the power of God is to recognize the Limits of Man’s power.

And Jeremiah 32:17 teaches us just that by saying: “Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.”

Sometimes we spend too much energy trying to fix things ourselves:

We try to talk people into loving us.

We try to work harder to make ends meet.

We try to carry all of the emotional weights of our family.

We want to be the doctor, the attorney, the school principal, the counselor, police officer, the fireman, the psychiatrist and psychologist, we want to be everything except what God made us to be, and that’s ourselves.

But I need to tell you that some storms won’t cease until God speaks.

Some doors won’t open until God turns the key.

Some battles won’t be won until God shows up on the field.

I don’t know about you, but there are many day that I need help that no human hands can give—I be needing a move of God.

Allow me to give you a few God-Sized Problems, whereas God gets the Glory.

If you can recall John 11:4 – John said “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God…” that was a God size problem.

When Lazarus died, Mary and Martha thought Jesus was too late. But Jesus waited on purpose—so that when He showed up, it would be clear that only God could’ve done it. That was a God size promise.

At the home going service in Mark 5 whereas as Jesus stop the coffin and raised the damsel up, you remember don’t you, it was Jairus’ daughter. May I tell you that, that was a God size problem.

I know it was, because the family couldn’t do it, because they had already made funeral arrangements, the undertaker had already embalmed her. The funeral procession was already in progress. The chicken had already been ordered for the repast. And the Lord stop the funeral procession and told the girl get up.

And some of us are in a waiting season, but it’s not because God has forgotten us, but it’s because He’s preparing to get the glory.

Because if it were to had happened our way, we might’ve been to happy to taken the credit.

But when we waits, and allow the Lord to work, everybody will know:

“This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes!” (Psalm 118:23)

May I tell you that God does respond to emergency responds, and to a desperate faith

Mark 5:27-28 – when the women with the issue of blood “When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.”

But here it is God-sized problems require God-sized faith.

When the woman with the issue of blood ran out of doctors, money, and hope—she pressed her way to Jesus.

It wasn’t just about healing—it was about the right focus.

Sometimes God will let every other option fail so we will finally turn to Him.

That’s not punishment—that’s positioning.

When God Steps In, Everything Changes

Exodus 14:13-14 – “Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord… The Lord shall fight for you, if we hold our peace.”

When Israel stood between the Red Sea and Pharaoh’s army, no human strategy could help. But when God blew His breath across the waters, walls formed, and a way opened where there was none.

God can do in one second what you’ve been trying to do for years.

He can restore your marriage, cancel the debt, heal your body, fix your child, or silence your enemies.
