God Reigns In Holiness Psalm 93:1-5NASB
A group of scientists who got together one day and decided that man had come a long way and no longer needed God. So they picked one scientist to go and tell God that they were done with Him.
The scientist walked up to God and said, "God, we’ve decided that we no longer need you. We’re to the point that we can clone people and do many miraculous things, so why don’t you just go on and get lost."
God listened very patiently and kindly to the man and after the scientist was done talking, God said, "Very well, how about this, let’s say we have a ’man-making’ contest." To which the scientist replied, "OK, great!"
God added, "Now, we’re going to do this just like I did back in the old days with Adam." The scientist said, "Sure, no problem" and bent down and grabbed himself a handful of dirt.
God just looked at him and said, "No, no, no. You go get your own dirt!"
NASB The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The Lord has clothed and girded Himself with strength; Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved. 2 Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. 3 The floods have lifted up, O Lord, The floods have lifted up their voice, The floods lift up their pounding waves. 4 More than the sounds of many waters, Than the mighty breakers of the sea, The Lord on high is mighty. 5 Your testimonies are fully confirmed; Holiness befits Your house, O Lord, forevermore.
Psalm 93,95-100 are dedicated to celebrate God’s sovereign kingship over the world. 's eternal, universal kingdom which is providentially administrative through his son Jesus Christ. Nothing is more powerful than Lord, nothing is more steadfast than his reign, Nothing is more sure than His revelation.

Colossians 1:17AMP And He Himself existed and is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. [His is the controlling, cohesive force of the universe.]
There is no such thing as a Power Struggle when it comes to the Reign of the Lord! When you are in the ocean, you have no control over its movement and power, or your position in it. In this psalm, we see God portrayed as even more powerful than the ocean.
Psalm 93:1NLT The Lord is king! He is robed in majesty. Indeed, the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength. The world stands firm and cannot be shaken.
Verse 1, The Lord is King; He’s robbed in majesty…He’s armed with strength… For an individual to personally realize this, it takes relationship built through high respect for the Creator.
Revelation 1:8,12-18NLT “I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”
12-18NLT When I turned to see who was speaking to me, I saw seven gold lamp-stands. 13 And standing in the middle of the lamp-stands was someone like the Son of Man. He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across his chest. 14 His head and his hair were white like wool, as white as snow. And his eyes were like flames of fire. 15 His feet were like polished bronze refined in a furnace, and his voice thundered like mighty ocean waves. 16 He held seven stars in his right hand, and a sharp two-edged sword came from his mouth. And his face was like the sun in all its brilliance.
17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.
Psalm 93:2NLT Your throne, O Lord, has stood from time immemorial. You yourself are from the everlasting past.
In Exodus 3:14 God discloses His name to Moses as “I Am Who I Am” which is the definition of the Hebrew Yahweh. English Jehovah comes from the Hebrew YHWH,...The Jews consider YHWH too sacred to utter. The name proclaims God as self-existent, self-sufficient, eternal, and sovereign” (MacDonald, W., & Farstad, A. Believer’s Bible Commentary).
J.I. Packer, Knowing God. “This name is not a description of God, but simply a declaration of His self-existence and his eternal changelessness”
