Get Rid Of Depression

He, who created the world, the universe, you and me, you think he’s not aware of your pain?

He, who is holding our every tear, you think he’ll not recompense those?

He, who throttled the evil, doesn’t know what you are going through?

Oh my brothers and sisters, do not worry about anything for HE IS THE CREATOR, HE IS OUR SAVIOR, HE IS OUR LORD, JESUS CHRIST.

He said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

"When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:17-18)

When you cry in front of Jesus and you talk to him, he delivers you from all your pains and helps you to grow. He takes all your pains and gives you relief. You don’t want suffer? You want the courage? You want to be above the world? You want to get near to Lord? So, all you’ve to do is get out of your comfort zone, you’ve to deny the offers of the world. You’ve to obey our Lord, you’ve to stop sinning, you just have to keep talking to JESUS. Talk about your pains, your problems, and he’ll deliver you from all your troubles. If you’re broken heart, cry in front of JESUS and he’ll heal you. He’ll save you.

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalms 147:3

* When you’re depressed you think of revenge from people who gave you hurt, who rejected you, who insulted you, who gave you the identity crisis. The breakdowns, the failures, makes you depressed so you fail in holding onto relationships, you become of passive nature, the futility comes in, you become insecure, and then they blame you.

But Lord said, Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. Romans 12:14

Revenge is evil nature, revenge is a seed of weed which keeps growing inside us over a period of time. But you’re child of GOD, let JESUS take your revenge. Don’t keep grudges in your heart, keep your heart pure. For he said, For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,     but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

Do not develop the nature of attitude of revenge, anger is of soul but not of spirit. Be in prayers so that devil can never control you. Depression leads you to curse and cursing others, cursing is not a blessing. Bless your enemies, keep good imagination, your identity is in GOD, no one can give you identity crisis. Never give up, keep giving your best, don’t accept failures. Overcome the failure of thinking who am I? you’re a child of GOD. Inherit the blessing, a person who carries the nature of Almighty never suffers from identity crisis. So when you bless your enemies, you’re blessed by JESUS.

* Accept the rejection, know your self worth. Stay away from people you know that they can hurt you. Be careful of the person who makes you damage. You know Peter denied Jesus, when, Peter replied, "Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will." "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "This very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times." But Peter declared, "Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you." And all the other disciples said the same. Matthew 26:33-35

Jesus already knew, so he forgave Peter. If you don’t forgive others God will not forgive you.

Whoever is depressed I request you to forgive everyone who gave you hurt because you’ve been mistaken somewhere and when you’re mistaken and you do not sorry for it you’ll repay for it.

* Protect your heart, no one lives life without experiences, bad or good or both. A transformed heart gives you transformed life. Be careful of your words you say when you’re hurt, when you’re broken. Don’t let your past determine your future. Don’t let your past dictate you. Be passive for right reason. Passivity is not always acceptable, put on the amour of GOD. Let people reject you because they never want you to grow, this doesn’t matter because they are not ruling your life nor the world, but don’t let GOD reject you because he is ruling the world, let God rule your life. Pride is dangerous. Always remember, I am what I am because of Grace of God. Guard your heart, as a man think so is he, your imagination makes you. Forgiving others without telling them that you forgave them. This forgiving habit will bless you.
