It's Focus - and, having stoned Paul,
It's Force - drew him out of the city, (dragged him)
It's Failure - supposing he had been dead.
The Victory
The Prayer - 20 Howbeit, as the disciples stood round about him,
The Power - he rose up, and came into the city:
The Progress - and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe.
The Practice -
The Message - 21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city,
The Method - and had taught many,
The Ministry - they returned again to Lystra, & to Iconium, & Antioch,
The Valour
The Education - 22 confirming the souls of the disciples,
The Exhortation - and exhorting them to continue in the faith,
The Elaboration - and that we must through much tribulation
The Expectation - enter into the kingdom of God.
The Vision
The Direction - 23 And when they had ordained them elders in every church,
The Devotion - and had prayed with fasting,
The Distinction - they commended them to the Lord,
The Discretion - on whom they believed.
The Venture
Their Route - 24 And after they had passed throughout Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia. 25 And when they had preached the word in Perga, they went down into Attalia:
Their Return - 26 and thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.
Their Report - 27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them,
Revelation - and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles
and Recuperation - 28 And there they abode long time with the disciples
