Introduction

This Scripture alone holds the answer to all the problems in the world. It can bring victory to anyone who turns back to following God. The loving Savior calls out to each of us today, inviting us to "Come" to Him.

I. It Speaks of Salvation

Jesus Christ invites all people to come to Him for salvation. This invitation is inclusive and conclusive, ruling out any other method of salvation. Salvation is found only in Jesus Christ.

II. It Speaks to the Home

The home should be a picture of heaven, but many homes are broken and dysfunctional. To have a happy home, Jesus Christ must be the center of it. The appearance or material possessions of a home are not as important as having Christ at its core.

III. It Speaks of the Life of the Christian

Christians often face burdens and challenges in their service for the Lord. Jesus offers rest and relief to those who come to Him with their burdens. He also forgives and cleanses those burdened by sin.

IV. It Speaks of the Second Coming of Christ

The second coming of Christ is a reality that we should be aware of. When He returns, the dead in Christ will rise first, followed by those who are alive and remain. Only those who have accepted Christ as their Savior will be part of this event.

V. It Speaks for All Eternity

Once a person comes to Jesus Christ, their decision lasts for all eternity. Eternity is a limitless concept that goes beyond our understanding of time. When we are in eternity, we will always be in eternity present.

Conclusion

The day when we are with the Lord for all eternity will be a glorious day. Let us answer His call to "Come" and experience the joy and peace that comes from being in His presence forever.
