Introduction

Ladies and Gentlemen, brothers and sisters in Christ, today we gather here, united in faith and love, to delve into the heart of the Scriptures, to seek wisdom and guidance, to find solace and strength in the eternal Word of God. We are here to delve into a story that is as old as time, yet as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago. It's a story of courage, faith, and victory, a story that reminds us that with God on our side, no giant is too big to conquer.

As a shepherd, he had fought off lions and bears to protect his flock. He had learned to trust in God, to rely on His strength, to lean on His wisdom.

The fourth and final lesson we learn from David is the importance of action. David didn't just talk about faith. He didn't just talk about trust. He didn't just talk about courage. He lived it. He demonstrated it. He acted on it.
