INTRODUCTION
God has designed His children to live a life of exploits—achieving great things that glorify His name. From Genesis to Revelation, we see men and women who, through divine empowerment, did extraordinary things that transformed their generation.
The world we live in is filled with challenges, but those who know their God are empowered to rise above limitations and accomplish great feats. Daniel 11:32 declares that those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits. This means that intimacy with God is the key to divine strength and supernatural achievements.
As believers, we are not called to live ordinary lives but to demonstrate the power of God in every area—spiritual, financial, academic, ministerial, and professional. When we walk in divine empowerment, we become unstoppable forces in God’s kingdom.
1. THE MEANING OF EXPLOITS
To do exploits means to accomplish extraordinary feats beyond human ability. It is living in the supernatural and manifesting God’s power.
a) Exploits come from divine strength – It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God (Zechariah 4:6).
b) Exploits require boldness – Fear hinders exploits, but boldness in God propels us (Proverbs 28:1).
c) Exploits glorify God – Every great work must point back to God’s power (Matthew 5:16).
d) Exploits require faith – Without faith, it is impossible to do extraordinary things for God (Hebrews 11:6).
e) Biblical Example: David’s Victory Over Goliath – By trusting in God, David achieved what seemed impossible (1 Samuel 17:45-50).
2. HOW GOD EMPOWERS BELIEVERS FOR EXPLOITS
God does not call us to do great things without equipping us. He provides the resources we need to succeed.
a) The Holy Spirit empowers for exploits – The Spirit of God gives supernatural ability (Acts 1:8).
b) The Word of God builds strength – The knowledge of God’s Word equips us to overcome (Joshua 1:8).
c) Prayer and fasting release divine power – A prayerful believer will always walk in power (Matthew 17:21).
d) Spiritual gifts enable exploits – God gives gifts to manifest His power in different areas (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).
e) Biblical Example: Samson’s Strength – God empowered Samson with supernatural strength for exploits (Judges 14:5-6).
3. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR WALKING IN EXPLOITS
Every believer has the potential for exploits, but there are conditions to be met.
a) Knowledge of God – The more we know God, the more we walk in power (Hosea 4:6).
b) Obedience to divine instructions – Many fail to do exploits because they disobey God (Deuteronomy 28:1).
c) A life of holiness – Sin is a barrier to divine empowerment (2 Timothy 2:21).
d) Diligence and consistency – Great exploits require dedication and commitment (Proverbs 22:29).
e) Biblical Example: The Apostles’ Boldness – After Pentecost, the apostles performed signs and wonders (Acts 4:33).
4. AREAS WHERE GOD WANTS US TO DO EXPLOITS
God empowers His children to succeed in different areas of life.
a) Spiritual exploits – Winning souls, casting out demons, and growing in faith (Mark 16:17-18).
b) Ministerial exploits – Operating in power and making an impact in ministry (2 Timothy 4:5).
c) Career and business exploits – Standing out in our profession through divine wisdom (Daniel 6:3).
d) Financial exploits – Experiencing supernatural provision and financial dominion (Deuteronomy 8:18).
e) Biblical Example: Joseph’s Excellence in Egypt – God gave Joseph wisdom to do exploits in leadership (Genesis 41:38-41).
CONCLUSION
God has called us to a life of exploits, but this requires knowing Him, walking in His power, and stepping out in faith. Many believers live below their potential because they do not realise the authority and power they have in Christ.
Are you ready to step into your season of exploits? It is time to rise, break limitations, and manifest the greatness of God in every area of your life.
