Easter, ALL THE DIFFERENCE

All but four of the major world religions are based on philosophy. Of the four that are based on personalities …only Christianity claims an empty tomb for Jesus.

In 1900 B.C. Judaism’s, Father Abraham died. In 483 B.C. Buddha died. June 6, 632 A.D. Mohammed died. .

In 33 A.D. Jesus died but came back to life appearing to over 500 people. I have heard it said that if Jesus had not risen from the dead, He would have been no different than Buddha, Mohammad, or any of the others. I beg to differ. Jesus was born of a virgin...

no one else was! Jesus healed all manner of sickness and disease... no one else, no false prophet did that!

Jesus spoke to the wind & waves & they were calmed. No one has ever done that. Jesus bled, died and rose again; just for me...no one else did that. But if Jesus had not risen from the dead, He still would be the greatest person that ever lived ! I am not saved by His resurrection... I am saved by grace; I’m washed in the blood of the Lamb that was shed on the cross at Calvary. But because He lives, I live also. Because

He rose from the dead; I’ll rise from the dead!

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,

Because He lives, all fear is gone,

Because I know He holds the future,

And life is worth the living, Just because He lives!

That’s the Jesus I Serve, The Living, Risen Jesus.

The Alpha and Omega, The First and Last….

He is the King of Kings, The Lord of Lords

Almighty God, Our Healer, Our Deliverer

Our Baptizer, Our Savior, Our Soon Coming King

The Lamb of God, The Light of the World

Bright and Morning Star, The Rose of Sharon

Prince of Peace, The Great I Am, He’s Our Redeemer

Our Resurrection, Our Righteousness, Our Lord

His Name Is Jesus, I said, His Name Is Jesus

He was wounded for our transgressions,

He was bruised for our iniquities:

The chastisement of our peace was upon him;

And with his stripes we are healed.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died,

yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Jesus said, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Blessed be the God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection

of Jesus Christ, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, unfading, and kept for you in heaven.

The Stone was Rolled Away and He is Risen !!!!

I said He is Risen, He’s Alive, And He Lives Forever More, He is the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by the risen Jesus Christ.

Happy Easter, Give Him Praise and Glory !!!!
